I went in looking for a new brand of dog food for my Irish Setters. The lady at the counter saw me reading all the dog food ingredients and showed me a great brand for a better price, and talked about her family’s Irish setter when she was young. Friendly and helpful!

Best pet store I have found in Stratford so far! Their variety of toys, food, treats and clothing was amazing and I was finally able to find a good harness and jacket to fit our tiny Yorkie!

I had been here a little over a year and a half ago and my dog had passed away so I have not been in since I recently got a new puppy and came back from senior day got supplies for the next month I was not disappointed the staff here where so knowledgeable and helpful I will be back monthly for senior day

The dudes are polite and knowledgeable, great selection of food. If my dog is not happy with the food, I can actually return it smd try something else.

Always amazing and knowledgeable staff! They give helpful advice and recommendations for whatever I need. They also have Kirsten who does a great job at grooming for extremely reasonable prices. She is very accommodating to the dogs needs.my lab wouldnt go in her room for the first couple months so we sat in the hallway to trim his nails! Now he loves going and greets everyone he can!
