The most incompetent company that I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I will be recommending my customer to change the shipping company. We will refuse any order through this company going forward. Last time they dropped a huge skid of high tech equipment worth $50,000. They always show up without a forklift when we specifically and repeatedly request a forklift. Their customer service is extremely rude and incompetent. I have never dealt with such idiots in my life. Stay far away from this company. They will destroy whatever you are shipping.
My package has been sitting in Brampton for almost 2 weeks. The tracking says it's out for delivery. I think this business is a scam, and I'll be asking amazon for a refund.
Our driver came in last year for a collect pick up. My forklift wasn't working but the driver, I believe Rico was so helpful and kind. Always smiling and a total positive attitude. He made my day. I went right in and contacted GLS and asked for quotes for pallets and parcels. We now ship as much as possible with them. Our main man is back for pallets and we have another awesome gent for parcels. If it wasn't for your face of the company, Rico I would never have called. BTW, the rates are excellent.

Robert got me a job here at Dicom part time when I was in college full time. The people here were great back before 2010. Kim, Oneal, Gurjeet; a lot to list. Was an offloader, worked in trucks and offloaded onto a belt. Scanned and divided into bins. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for money and location is close to the steels bus stop.
For a whole week our parcel goes out every morning with the driver from Brampton to be delivered to us in Mississauga but returns back without delivery simply because too many deliveries and no time! Until we had to drive ourself to their office to pickup ourself? ! Not recommended at all.
We had some challenges to start out because of remote location pickup. With the help of the friendly/professional staff we managed to get our parcel to its destination. Because of the initial challenges, their representative kept us informed of the packages progression throughout the transport. They didn't have to but their efforts were much appreciated. Thanks for the great service.
The worst service ever! They have my parcel since Tuesday in Toronto and did not deliver to me in Mississauga till. I phoned them last night and the excuse was that my address is not clear although they even have my post code! I gave full address clarification and they promised delivery today but they did not and now saying Monday! My parcel is a part for my damaged fridge. No sense of urgency. No sense of commitment. What a waste? !
