G&M Fitness Health Club and Personal Training Studio

Unfriendly staff member made my experience anything but pleasant. As it’s the only gym in town I tried it out but returned to my original gym before my subscription was up. Only good thing was the sauna, machines are old & outdated don’t recommend.

I was visiting town from Virginia and used G&M to workout while in town. The facility is awesome and has everything you need. I also met a few very nice people! Lot of fun. Great atmosphere to work out.

Great gym. Had my first session last night. Facility is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Cant wait to come back tonight.

I've been going to G&M for five years now. Great staff, affordable pricing and two levels of equipment!
