Terrible customer service experiences that will leave you speechless! I wish I could choose 0 star for them: (
My GLBOX stopped working a couple of weeks ago and I'm getting "Unexpected Error" message with two phone numbers to call. I'm calling both numbers, each time I was on the line for more than an hour and nobody answer the phone. I sent them two emails with my BOX ID number and asked them how can I submit a ticket and never heard back from them.

SCAM! I used to have about seven 10$ cards and i wrote card balance on cards after calls, there is no expiration date but i got notice today there is ZERO balance on every single card. Be careful, they're stealing money!

Unpleasant and useless customer service!
I would like to express my frustration with this company, and warn fellow potential customers. When you buy a phone card, buy it at your own risk, there will be no refunds whatsoever, as they have loop with a local reseller which pass you back and forth until you give up on the phone card you have bought. I regret my choice and advise you to go with other companies.

There is no customer service.put me on hold for twork hours.the long distance card gave 5 minutes instead of 25 minutes.sucks
