Nice, clean and large gym, swimming pool and sauna are also great. It has a lot to offer but I wish the parking wasn’t so expensive.

Goodlife is the best gym I have ever been to. With all modern amenities, it's very good to workout there. All the staffs including front desk, sales, general managers are very friendly. Especially, Tara and Skyler (Front desk) are literally the gems of Goodlife, wellington. Moreover, they have also got experienced trainers. But, only thing that I personally felt many times is creepy attitude of manager of front desk. He literally stares at people whenever they come in and also gives a weird look when the members are talking with the front desk people. This is so annoying. Doesn't he know the customer service skills? Other than that it's the best gym in london

I’ve more recently started coming to this gym and it’s great! The staff are all really friendly and helpful and they seem to really care about the members. If you’re an avid gym-goer, you will definitely become partial to this club:)

It's a good location to workout
Lots of equipment available and good airconditioning.

The management is really bad. The cleanliness of the gym is significantly degrading. The squash court is under maintenance for 6 months because the “Management” failed to place a work order. Seriously the management is really bad in the last 1-2 years

Great Company but after covid. They reduced their cycling classes and body pumps.which arevery popular.

I want to join this gym but people I know say it’s impossible to cancel a gym membership with you guys so I’m not even going to bother.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
I joined in October $150 initiation fee $70 per month. This is supposed to be their biggest and best gym. The gym is in a basement and equipment is old, but the worst thing about this facility is the staff, they are straight up RUDE! I canceled my membership in December explaining to the manager why he assured me they would not continue withdrawing membership fees. Sure enough January 1 they stole another $70. I called they said they would call me back and reimburse me but that was a lie also. I will never train at any GoodLife facility ever again.

These comments relate to the cleanliness of the Women’s Gym area, specifically the studio room where classes are taught. I have been attending classes for many years, before pandemic closure and after. I have brought concerns to the front desk staff and seemingly nothing is improving. The floors are filthy in the studio room, a hair elastic has been in the corner for months now, there are hair balls rolling around and stuck in the corners, what looks like dried up spit dotted on the floor, a dirty film everywhere on the floor and a general malodour when you are working on the floor on a yoga mat. It is very unpleasant. It seems as if the floor in this room has not been vacuumed nor washed in a very long time. If the class instructor wasn’t so great I’d be long gone!

Downtown London is a rough place so parking & visiting this location can be unpleasant. The gym is great though and they have a Woodway treadmill!

Decent gym but having to pay for parking while also being charged premium for a membership is ridiculous. Every workout seems rushed because of the 2 hour limit. It's impossible to change, have a proper workout, sauna or steamroom, and shower under the time limit. New parking system is horrible. Will not be going here anymore.

The gym itself is nice. The guy working front desk (I believe his name is Paul) many people complaining about him, is one of the most unprofessional front desk gym employees I have ever met. Makes you feel like he’s doing you a favour talking to you. He was working last night (Dec 27) at 10pm. Somebody re train this guy or teach him some manners, or just let him do cleaning instead. Hopefully a manager of goodlife sees this and does something.

My wife and I go to goodlife almost nightly we work out then go for a swim everytime we go for a swim. We put the towels In the dirty towel hamper one night the guy at the front told us jis leave them on the bench we will take care of it so ok fair enough now a month later the same guy gets on our case for leaving the towels and says he didn't say that he said it in a completely Insulting way then got upset that I took two towels I pay a lot of money for my membership and his attitude is completely unacceptable

u have all the types of machines multiple times in multiple areas, I was impressed to see how big is this place and the amount of new equipment. Definitely would love to go there again, unfortunately, I do not live in London

One of my favorite Goodlife gyms. Now if we could get one like this near Paris Ontario. Nothing but a million new homes being built here. We need a goodlife

I've been to the other branches of good life in gta as well.
This one I found is the best. Most friendly staff.

They have great facilities. Fitness manager Mike & Renee are really nice.
And front desk staff provides excellent customer support

It is obvious the staff care about nothing but making a sale and convincing you to do personal training to line their pockets.

I did however enjoy the positive experience I had with a staff member Felicity who came up to me and just had a nice conversation without trying to sell me on anything and just asked how my workout was going and offered to get my friends a membership at a reduced rate.

Definitely been to worse gyms, it's pretty great equipment wise, I'd give 5 stars but the washrooms are always disgusting. For the price goodlife charges and underpays their staff you would think they could afford a janitor.

I’ve had my GoodLife contract for 20 years when I signed it I was told I could freeze it at anytime at no extra charge. Now they are trying to charge me $10 a month for not using my membership.

Could eliminate some pieces of equipment which are redundant and not ergonomically correct. Should have more strength training equipment and more space dedicated to that type of training.

Very nice gym. It has all you need weights, pool, sauna, steam room, squash Court. I always prefer this location even though I have 2 on my way before this. I would highly recommend this Goodlife location.

Very friendly staff, but the facility is completely overcrowded. Unless you go during off hours, you'll be shoulder to shoulder with other people and always waiting for equipment.

I will give a 4 Start because a sweet Lady I spoke to over the call who took good care of me:)

As a new gym goer goodlife was welcoming and easy to get started at. The facilty is a bit older and shows its age but functional with great staff.

Overall, this is a good gym with lots of options. I am happy to say how responsive Ms Erica Irvine - Front Desk Manager - was about a couple of issues regarding very loud obnoxious music and payment schedule. Her efforts improved our experience. Ms Kiros ensures the gym is exceptionally clean. Thank you to the Managers Mr BJ and Ms Irvine - and all the staff who are professional and friendly. To GoodLIfe head office - remember to reward deserving staff.

Largest gym in the city. With all the amenities. Free weights, machines, a small track and even a pool.

This facility is one of the larger gyms I’ve been to and I like the equipment selection and space it offers; and staff is great.

Cons:
1. Their sales staff regularly canvases the gym floor to get my friends to sign up. They (nicely) interrupt my workout to build their sales pipeline. They will often setup a booth right at the escalator and get me every day. I just want to use the gym.

2. Changeroom is far from clean. A large portion of locker doors are missing, shower door locks are broken, and overall cleanliness is poor. Several from my office have stopped coming here due to the dirty changeroom

The worst customer experience I've ever had. I decided to cancel my membership for that! The agent didn't care.it felt that she was happy cancelling the membership. Rachel was the agent on the phone. She was providing such a poor customer service experience and providing no solutions at all making feel like they don't appreciate their customers. I will be speaking with all my friends to switch to another club that treat us with respect and appreciation! In my opinon if you want to experience the worse customer service join this gym.

Great club downtown London. It is a bit older but well maintained. Love Ride class with Lore on Fridays.

Tons of equipment. Lots of trainers that are willing to offer tips. Not to busy during the day. Not 24hrs and only 2 hours validated parking

The good - tons of equipment and plenty of space, majority of staff are friendly, lots of room and benches in locker rooms and clean.
The bad - very poor gym etiquette, quite a few members don't re-rack there weights and staff doesn't either. Dumbbells aren't organized and are scattered all over the place.

Great gym. Lots of equipment and nice pool and steam room. They are slow on responding to equipment malfunctions but overall it's a great option if you are downtown.

Sometimes things go wrong, and it creates an opportunity for a business to be better than great. GoodLife accidentally over-charged my account: NSF fees resulted. And the sales manager not only fixed the accounting issue immediately, but they also credited me the NSF fees, in free membership. I don't know many places that will go the extra mile for you, that they didn't have to, but this is a fantastic club location. 100% satisfied

There is really many great things to say about this gym. The space and the amount of equipment this location has is awesome. A lot of squat racks, freeweights, benches, and machines. It even has a track and a swimming pool.

The staff I've encountered so far were really friendly and helpful. The locker room and showers were clean and people were respectful. There's a small locker by the front where you can lock your valuables so the staff can keep an eye on them. The location also opens for 24 hours on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays. Mondays they open at 5: 00AM and Fridays they close at 10: 00PM. Saturdays and Sundays are 7: 00AM - 7: 00PM.

I look forward to keep coming to this gym.
