I work with BMO so we get corporate membership and I have one, place is clean, stuff are nice, but they always play English music so if they can play Bollywood music that would be great as there’s so many people from that continent

Great facility for women, open 24/7. Secure key access. Clean and well equipped.

Friendly staff and awesome classes and I love it I find that the staff are very resourceful when it comes to working out and what your goals are! Guys give them shot

Clean spacious gym. I just wish they got better quality equipment like the other goodlife facilities. Specially yhe abdominal crunch machine is very unsafe due to thea lack of body support.

The environment here is a little dated but they have all the equipment and services you need in a gym. Everyone is super friendly!

It’s a nice gym, all your basic machines and weights. There are two squat racks + a smith machine so that’s awesome. It would be nice to add some weightlifting platforms olympic lifts. Women also train that.

However, the shower schedule is a deal breaker for me. I travel a lot and need to shower after the workout at all times of the day. I even checked the app and it says open 24/7 and showers. You should add the shower schedule to the app as well for people who drop in occasionally and don’t know how this specific gym operates.

The machienes is too old. The lighting is poor and the place is boring.
