Worst service ever. Club managers can't even trace the mistakenly created duplicate account and charge one person double the fee! And even if one account is suspended, they are happy to start charging from the second one. And I have NEVER been in any club physically! After the conversation, the administrator sent me threats that they would continue to charge 45 dollars every other week. And this despite the fact that I'm not their client. That is, they do what they want. One person can have 100 accounts and they will be happy to make a profit without even informing about such an error. Shame! I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

Although i’m paying for a normal membership just like everyone else my card did not work today and they wouldn’t let me in at 1: 15? They told me that since i’m 17 i’m not allowed inside from 1: 30 to 4 (unstaffed hours), which i would understand if i had been informed when i signed up, but that was not the case.so i told her i would like to cancel my membership and she said that i needed to give a 30 day notice and that i would keep getting billed? Also was never informed about that when i signed up.worst goodlife location.

0 stars. Scam alert: This gym stole my money. I asked for my membership to be cancelled and 5 months later or so I found a bill of $300 charged to my account. They scam you to steal your money and obviously the owner is happy about it. Let's not forget, the extra billing that happens sometimes during your billing cycle. I wonder who gets all that scam money. Obv they will always say, "the customer didn't UNDERSTAND" to make it right for them to steal your money. Anything built on deceit never lasts. I hope legal action shuts this place down.

Love this gym. It’s close to home, the staff is friendly, and has most of my equipment needs. Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of five is because I wish it would have some more equipment (bigger variety of weight machines and dumbbells heavier than 50lbs).

Friends don't let friends go to Good Life. Scammy business practices. Overpriced. Medium quality equipment (at best). Avoid!

The College Square Goodlife is good vibes always! Friendly staff and guests. Stepping into the gym makes me feel good, I feel comfortable, and am always greeted with a smile. I love the small ways the team makes the gym a supportive zone for everyone. Great work, I have been going to Goodlife for awhile, but feel the difference when I walk into this women’s only gym!

I have been a member of GL for well over twenty years, and this location is the cleanest, nicest, and most well maintained gym GL has ever had, I wish other Managers would see the "little things" this location offers. The entire staff here are super friendly, and a special shoutout to Lizz the GM here who runs a great environment, amazing staff and an overall gym experience we all enjoy! THANKS

The College Square Goodlife is a judgement free supportive club. The staff always greet me when I come in and when leaving. I am often reminded of openings in classes while on the treadmill in case I am interested, and I appreciate this gentle encouragement. This positive atmosphere leads to members encouraging each other as well. The community of happy members is because Liz always demonstrates teamwork.

I am pretty disgusted with good life as a being a member for over 10+ years I had called in November 16th to have my account frozen and they had promised me over the phone with good life customer service that my account will be frozen until May 1 and I found out they were charging me again this month, i’ve contacted them they admit the account was suppose to frozen till may first, but claim they sent a email in january 31st, that i never received they were unfreezing accounts, I’m a single mom living on one income, this is pretty shameless the need for this company to steal from a single parent is gross, refund my money and do better Goodlife! I’ll be contacting head office and walking in a club in person to resolve this if i don’t receive A reimbursement from any charges from November 2021 to May of this year. This is verging on fraud.

I would like to commend, Liz, the Manager of this Club, for the exceptional assistance she gave me recently. I had an issue with my membership and Liz helped me navigate my way through the issue. She is very professional, knows the business, and had all the time in the world to help me, with a smile on her face! And trust me, there were a few issues over a few weeks. Her customer service skills were obvious and she would not give up until the problem was solved. As a result, I have now made this Club my home Club thanks to Liz.
I would also like to commend Raquel Theberge for all the help she gave me, with this issue early on. She tried working with Goodlife Head Office and showed incredible patience and persistence. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
I am very happy to be a member of this Club!

It's completely terrible experience with this gym & especially their staff members. Staff members are very well trained to trap the customer for joining the membership however none of them has proper knowledge of standard procedure. I joined this gym before just 2 weeks. At the time of joining, staff member called Allison confirmed me that you can cancel membership within 10days with no cost & you will get refund. I cancelled membership just on 4th day of joining, which was done by Julia & she told me money is refunded to your account immediately. After 3 days, I again called & call was answered by Raquel who didn't had any clue on cancellation procedure & told me that Allison would give you call back. Nobody called me on second day, instead I had to call back. She informed me you have to visit gym with same credit card. I visited gym on same day & was told that it was already deposited in your account and We can't do anything from here but I didn't receive any money yet. Upon argument with Zainab, I was told by her that you are rude & don't behave in manners & other advices on how customers should behave. I think better than teaching customers how should they behave, train yourself & other staff members with standard procedure & customer service. It's very easy to say I understand your pain without going through it. When one customer is having multiple visits & calls with your gym with no resolution, how can you expect them to come to you in delightful mood & on top of all, teaching them how they should behave by telling that same things happens to me but I don't react in similar way is most ridiculous. WORST GYM, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. BIG NO. I am happy to cancel it.

Super friendly genuine and caring staff. Always a welcoming place that’s ready to meet your fitness goals for the day, regardless of what they are! Highly recommend joining ️

I start my exercise at 8pm and I finish at 8: 50 I go to relax my body on the relaxing chair and the lady who works for the jym keeps looking at girls very weird and walks every day around the jym to tell the girls ‘We’re closing in 20min’ and then she comes back again and say we’re closing in 5 minutes she’s just in a rush to leave and she makes the girls not to enjoy their last minute work out. They should understand that we’re paying money to come and relax and have a good Exercise. I don’t recommend this jym once my contract finish I no more go to this jym.
