GoodLife Fitness Strathroy Metcalfe and Zimmerman

Wish this gym was bigger BUT I still love it staff is super friendly and it’s usually not that busy so you can always get a good workout in!

Your basic gym, 2 squat racks, 2 weightlifting platforms
the showers are open only a limited time (7am-7: 45pm), can’t get in with a phone app: you need the key-tag! No personnel after 8pm

Good gym overall! Would give five star if it had a few more equipments and space.

No stretching area, but other than that. Good selection of machines, decent layout. One of the more Smaller GoodLife gyms that I have been too. But overall pretty good. Staff are very friendly

There needs to be a way to contact employees when they aren't working the desk (which is often). Its way too hot inside this summer when working out and it appears they're too cheap to turn up the AC so they put up a couple fans instead!

No one attending desk for most of the day so showers not open. If your swipe tag doesn't work, which happens too often, you can't get in.

Key card access turnstile is unreliable and staffed hours are weak (no staffed hours on Sundays) so when your key card gets denied there’s no one there to help you.
