This club needs new staff! Cleaning and management! This building and club is brand new and is in terrible shape! It’s filthy! Only took a few pics but you can see years of grime built up on everything! This isint the pattern on the tile it’s filth and grime! A facility this size needs a full cleaning staff working periodically throughout the day! It’s been mentioned before! Customer service isint great either! Rude, short, abrasive. Come on goodlife bring it back to that gold standard! If Patch went on a tour of this facility he’d close it down!

Employees are bit rude. I had a bad phone call with one of the employee where she was not ready to give her name nor let me talk to her manager. But disconnected the call without courtesy. But overall it’s a good fitness centre.

The place is definitely one of the nicer gyms I've been too, and not just because of the location but the community as a whole. Super friendly staff, any inquiries or problems are usually resolved right away, and you can expect to get some nice chats in between sets if that's your cup of tea. The fact that the front of the gym is a wall of glass just adds to the ambience of the workouts. Would definitely recommend to visitors and old and new GoodLife faithfuls alike!

Horrible customer service, the representative at the front desk turned away me and my companion from trying out the place for a day pass, making us spend 50 minutes of travel for a dissatisfying experience with Good Life.
I’ve had a better experience with World Gym

I am not using GYM from the day first and today when I called to GYM to cancel my membership, the representative talked with me in a rudely manner. She was yelling at me and said you will be charge again either I am using GYM or not. I will not recommend anyone to use it. Better to use other GYM.

One of the bigger GoodLife gyms I’ve been to - I go here every time I visit, clean location, they’re often busy but have dedicated spaces for various types of workouts and considering how many people attend its well spaced out and doesn’t result in having to wait too long to use any of the equipment.

Banned me after 12 years of membership. Religious exemption, heart condition and person with disability. Heard they use excessive policing for COVID policy which is never clearly displayed or understood. Employees seen without masks as well.

Excellent clean bright open good life. Tons of great equipment and respectful staff and patrons.

I guess it’s better than average gyms in town, but compared to other locations such as North Bay, Timmins, Barrie, and Toronto, this location is disappointing in terms of cleanliness, layout & space, and machine quality. Men’s room including urinals and toilets is filthy. I don’t want to be critical but I just can’t understand how people can put up with its pungent smell. The gym layout is average, they can do far better with the design and layout since it feels very small. Other than that I don’t have any complaints.

Always too packed - time for a second New Sudbury gym maybe?
Otherwise great service, most of the equipment you’d need, and tons of classes if you’re into that!

I love going to this gym. There are tons of classes that you can take or you can take a virtual class. The staff is very helpful if you just want to learn how to work with the machines.

Best gym in town by far! Great staff and with the new upgrades to the equipment it feels brand new.

They have great classes, weight, cardio and free weights. Come get your sweat on. Even the instructors are awesome.

Best gym in Sudbury. 24 hours and it's pretty clean. Large facility unlike the other one by south end.

My wife went in to cancel our membership. She specifically asked the person at the counter if she could cancel mine as well and was told it was no problem and both memberships were cancelled. Of course, they did not cancel my membership as they said they would. When we called to complain, we were told we had been given the wrong information, but they still refused to refund us for their error. Bad corporate policy. Hoping this negative review costs them more than the $36 they stole from us.

Gym is great. Some staff act like you are bugging them others are great. No parking at this location by 5pm which is horrible. Gym is clean and so are the change rooms.

I love this gym I reccomend number one above all gyms. Needs more parking but very friendly staff and members always willing to help each other out!

Very big gym, lots to offer. There's a large variety of cardio machines, and theres about 10 of each. Child care was iffy; there were alot of kids there. And my babies diaper never got changed in the 2 hours we were there.
Beautiful bathrooms. Love that they have a womens only workout room.

This is a great place. Ive been to both in Sudbury, and the one on lasalle is awesome. Staff are very polite always gretting you as you enter and leave. The onlu issue ive ever ran into is that it tends to get quite busy in there. So i changed my workouts to a later time.
