GoodLife Fitness Sudbury Southridge Mall

The gym is great, the staff is always super friendly. From the front desk to the manager, it’s always a pleasant experience. 10/10 would lift here again

I have been working out here for years because it’s one of the only affordable options in the South End. This gym is filthy, there is mould in the men’s showers/shower room, the staff never enforces people to not wear their boots or winter shoes inside. Yoga mats always have salt and dirt from outdoor shoes. They run out of shampoo/soap several times a year. The toilets are disgusting and it’s apparent they aren’t cleaned enough. I’ve tried to file a formal complaint with the staff but have seen no improvements. 1 star for the friendly staff at the front desk but the cleanliness and health/safety protocols of this location is poor.

First visit to this GoodLife-what a fantastic location! Staff were friendly, space is bright and well-organized & lots of equipment.

Great spot. Staff is always polite and friendly. Equipment is in great shape. * Members have to sanitize after they use equipment and some “Men” could use a tune up by the staff for not sanitizing after they use, that’s my only gripe.

Not a bad place at all. Pretty clean and wasn't busy when I was here, which was in the early afternoon on a weekday.
