I have the best workouts at this location. It is spacious with a lot of equipment. Love the stairmaster, sauna, and tanning bed.

U should have the cold plunges at ur gym.cauze we pay a lot of money for the membership.nick helped us alot during the workout.a great employee

Love that location. Very spacious, lots of equipment in every variety. Very large Swimming pool, water temperature amazingly warm, Steam room an absolute. The women only section has a wide selection of equipment to choose from. The staff, super friendly.

This is one of the cleanest goodlife locations. The change rooms are also cleaner than other near by locations. The swimming pool is long enough for lap swimming. If you go off hour, you can guarantee to find the equipment of choice.

Be very careful, looks like u have to brng your own towels as this is 2nd time I've come in and no towels. She tells me to what 15 mins for new towels. I wait 15 minutes then she tells somebody they will have them in 15 minutes. Why bother lying to me if you really don't know and make me wait in the lobby for towels that are not coming. Just communicate the truth, really not right especially when I'm on corporate plan for full services.

Jimmy showed me around and was a great person! He spoke to me in Cantonese and helped me out. Great young man!

I recently came here for the trial and was pleasantly surprised. The quality of the machines were great but what really wowed me was the welcoming staff. Shout out to Jimmy Phan for providing me with such a great experience. He went above and beyond what I'd ever expected from a gym and was super friendly and helpful with my introduction to Good life. Def considering switching over

I have had a fair share of interesting experiences at this gym. I have been coming to this gym since 2019 and truly do love it. The service is amazing. Specifically, Nick is always there to answer questions and help me out when I need it! He truly has made the gym a great experience for me and makes me feel safe when i’m working out alone.

I had good experiences here with KAT and CJ today, and basically every staff I have interacted with. They were friendly and approachable. I always foam roll and sometimes use resistance bands to warm up. After asking for those items several times, I noticed they made my job easier by placing them on the desk when I arrive. Little gestures like this are small but sometimes make my day especially when I am tired as heck 6 am in the morning and don't feel like working out.

STAFF always makes every effort to keep the place tidy and clean as well, always bringing dirty towels to the front every hour. I had a hard time today watching KAT clean up after a member spilling a whole jug of water on the floor, but she cleaned it up with no complaints. I would've flipped a desk if that happened to me. Members.please clean up after yourself or at least help out.

EQUIPMENT wise, the equipment is a bit old (might be a turn off for some), but I am glad they have a hack squat (many goodlife locations do not have this). They only have 2 benches for barbell bench and are a little crooked but they get the job done. They have a nice pool and steam room. No other complaints. 5 stars because the friendly staff and pool make up for the 4 star equipment.

Someone needs to GIVE KAT A RAISE!

The staff members were very welcoming and helpful. Especially Jimmy, who was encouraging and helped me get familiar with some of the equipment.

This location has a large variety of equipment and free weights (including dumbbells up to 120 lbs) catered to optimize your workouts. In addition, the staff have made it their mission to cultivate a clean environment and a welcoming atmosphere. One of their staff members, Nick, is a constant motivator and always surpasses the golden standard of service. Your workout is gruelling enough, so step into a space that will get you through it.

Its a great facility. I wish it had more squat racks (the cage-like ones) but otherwise superb. Great, friendly staff as well.

I’ve been thinking of going a gym and decided to check out GoodLife as I’ve heard great things. I was wonderfully greeted by Nick who took his time to show me around the entire facility and answered all the questions I had; he was great!

Best Good life location, was received well, and was recommended the best packages for my weight loss Journey! This a gym that I regularly use in the morning, the staff is always really polite and they have a good amount of equipment

This location seems to push the "towel service" upsell, possibly management in this specific location looking to make extra money while cutting customer service. Every other GoodLife location I've visited (the three others in the area), have never once mentioned paying a "towel service" fee and have always provided me towels no question asked. Overall, I believe this location should prioritize customer service over revenue. GoodLife fitness should be consistent across every location

For Swimming classes, I wish they would notify in advance at the door or at the website. The rules of the gym should have been posted so everyone can get familiar with them

This location is one of the best, Just wondering when you are going back to 24 hrs agian!? I used to do workout early morning begore statt work since this location is very close to my work place

Horrible gym. Steam room always broken. This needs to be looked at on the upper management level Immediately. What is the point of paying the membership fee that includes 'all amenities ' when steam room is never functional? LOOK into this ASAP and get it fixed for good.

You were closed over a year, and 2 weeks back the same machines are broken. Learn to fix a cable machine please!

Worst management and worst customer experience. Beginning of the covid just closed the door to the customers and in July opened up without informing the customers. Only way you know is when they deduct money from the account. When call them they want to deduct another month's membership. Manager is not available to answer. Seriously screwed up place
For the reply - OK so you don't have my email address that's fine. I left my number like two times for the manager to get back. Waiting for a response for more than two weeks now. Stop giving stupid excuses and try to improve your service

Go see this gym and the facilities it has and u will see for yourself they lack nothing and have more then other gyms and at a great price and value!

Most of the time one or 2 facilities are out service and weekends there is no towel and nobody cleans the facilities

My first visit to this location and was not a pleasant one. Someone broke the locker and took away the cash. Thank god left the wallet which had other important things like c card and d license.

I reported to the front desk and gave the info about the person on whom I have doubt. Asked them to check on the cc footage

They said they will review and let me know let's see!

Not at all a clean facility. I go to Aurora one regularly which is much neater and showers are hygienic.

Front counter person not friendly at all, no hi no good morning no smile! Even I say hi "she doesn't even aknowledge, the gym is nice and clean, men's steam room not working, whirlpool not working, go ask front desk about whirlpool operation she just reply" not working". Not a friendly location.

Today there was no hot water. I had to go to work stinking after work out.
It was the last straw. There is no soap in the shower more often than not. Half of showers are broken. Awful maintenance. Only one bench for bench press. The other one is broken for months. No one cares. Half of the bicycles are broken. The manager of this gym should be fired immediately! Today was the last time I've been there.

Hands down one of the best Goodlife locations all across the GTA. The equipment is fairly new, ton of cardio and free weights to use. Spackle and floorplan is great and staff are always welcoming. There is a ton of parking available. The only thing I would really complain about is the change rooms. There are times where it can get quite dirty.

Love this gym except the one girl who works on the weekend that never says hi and talks to ppl like they’re slow as I’ve observed today. Time to find another job when you treat ppl lower and look miserable

They said it 24 hour when isn't true they open from 5 am to 12 am that not 24 hour plus most the time the steam room and whirlpool is out of service and when u complain they tell you on you face go to another gym

This place is falling apart. Gym is very dirty Towels are never available when I go in. I don't dare to even attempt to use the showers they have dirty walls and floors. I try and ask for a manager to inform him or her about the situation and I'm left waiting to the point I just walk out because they never show up. This place lacks management leadership. Trainers should be walking the floor helping new clients not hiding in the office. I can go on and on, but yes staff should be put in place. Terrible place and I know nothing will be done about this. Membership money wasted.

Doesn't have every machine I like. I like that there is a for women section but it's very small. Has a pool at this location and never gets too busy

Decent. Tons of parking and location is big with alot of equipment. Sadly, the staff and maintenance of the gym isnt so great

Too busy. Especially the pool. The music they play in the change room is torture. Not everyone like your taste in music. Please stop ruining your gym experience and turn off the music.

Worst GoodLife I’ve ever been too. The staff think they are too good to clean up and put weights away. Thank god I have other options.

I came here to use the amenities but many were out of service. It's unfortunate because it's a club with all things to make a great stop on a Friday evening destress from the work week. I enjoyed the swimming area but there were a few men that would not stop trying to make eye contact. Unfortunate club culture

Sauna is out of order for 3 month already. Steam room even longer.swimming pool is good, but some members use it as a place to socialize, not to swim, and totally ignore someone who wants to swim. They taking whole lane (fast lane) for walking beside of each other. Maybe someone need to post basic rules there. I am dissapointed. This place changed since I joined it 3 years ago. Thinking about ending my membership here.

***[UPDATE] Improved greatly in the last 6 months or so. Equipment being repaired quickly; clean towels in the morning; that grumpy girl is replaced with helpful and friendly staff; shower shampoo/soap dispensers were repaired. I am changing my rating from 3 to 5 stars. Thank you for taking our comments into consideration. Good job!

My last recommendation for now is to have a bench at the entrance where the boots rack is located, so people can sit and put their shoes on and tie their shoe laces. Thanks! ***

The good: Swimming pool. Sauna. Fairly clean. Good selection of equipment. Lots of cardio machines. Not over crowded.

The bad: Hard to find free weights in their place or a set together. No clean towels in the morning when going to the gym because most of the time there is no one at the front desk to provide clean towels. Few benches for A LOT of lockers in the change room; to be more precise: 3 benches that can seat 6 people for 68 lockers!

This location is one of my favorites. It's large and has lots of cardio equipment. The busy times are between 4: 30pm and 7: 30pm. The change rooms are taken care of for the most part. It could use an upgrade soon (in comparison to newer Goodlifes). I don't use the swimming pool, sauna or hot tub but they look okay. The yoga classes on Sundays are great and I highly recommended them, especially if your are a beginner. I've been going here for 5 years and I've experienced different staff over the years. No complaints, but I should mention it looks like of the last few months the gym has a better atmosphere.

Very large gym located at the corner of keele and highway 7. Best thing is they have a pool which is great. They also have a hot tub, sauna and a steam room. Lots of equipment, especially for back exercises and cardio. Nice staff.

Its absurd! Every winter the same problem! It is the only location in North York that has everything: a pool, a jacuzzi, a dry sauna and a steam room. But for some reason one or more of those services are not available due to renovation or they out of order. Its last for weeks and months.

It's been months till the jacuzzi worked last winter. And after two weeks it was shut down again! Either fix the problem or open more those services in other locations in north York.

I love this gym, but come on. The steam room, sauna and whirlpool all out of service every weekend I go. I get it members are rude and have no consideration for equipment. Though, some faster service repair would be much appreciated.

It is an old golds gym fascility, clean and spacious. The pool and sauna are clean and great. The steam room half the time out of order. The free weight area is a mess and weights unsorted all over the place. There is good equipment but a few machines are outdated and would need replacing. One of the less enjoyable gyms of Goodlife.

Haven't been to this location in 6 months. I prefer Yonge/hw7.
Juice bar was good here now they changed owners and stole my money.
I had $50 prepaid drinks and it's not honored.

Good Life is such a greedy corporation.
Edit: they charge $10 for the drinks. Old place was $5.50 and tasted way better.

Location is perfect for 407 access.
Though equipment is in disrepair. Massage chairs have been broken for 2 to 3 months.
8 treadmills broken well see for how long.
This location does have the best personal trainers though. Update took 2 months.but persistant 5-10 machines broken.

Gym really needs to expand. Some days there are 2 or 3 people in line to use a machine. You cant just have 1 of each piece of equipment.

The members at this particular club are all beauties. Very respectful. Club is kept spotless always.

Amazing location! Lots of equipment, friendly staff and big cardio zone. Swimming pool is clean and not crowded.
For those who writing negative comments about the sauna- this place is a GYM not a spa complex. Sauna is just a nice addition. It would work if some guys STOP puiring cold water on stones.

Love that this location has a pool and many other amenities. Always clean and staff are friendly and helpful. One of those no judgement gyms forsure
