GoodLife Fitness Windsor Tecumseh Mall

Bunch of high school kids running the place now. Hard to get a welcome or goodbye when entering/exiting. Multiple times 2-3 people at the front desk having their own little conversation with zero acknowledgment to members. What happened to customer service?

It is not worth the price they have for membership. The pool most of the time looks dirty and showers at the changing rooms smell really bad

It's too hot in there, they need better ventilation, personally, I like gyms with higher ceilings, no steam room at this location, but they have standing tanning and regular tanning beds and a pool. Equipments is decent.

Good life literally saved my life a few years ago! I joined in Kitchener, ON and I lost more than 50 lbs.that was weighing too heavy on me! I could not bend down to tie up my shoes without trouble breathing! Again, I am reaching out to Good life here in Windsor, Tecumseh Mall to bring my body back to life! I foresee an amazing transformation in myself mind, body, & soul! You ain't seen nothing yet!

Been going to this gym for 5 years and love the amenities. Access to all clubs is very convenient. Love Katie and Moe’s energy!

Staff are amazing, facilities are great and it definitely has the best vibes compared to other GoodLife gyms. 5 stars all the way

Searched up gyms around my area and this was the best one. Has all the facilities, be it yoga, sauna, personal training. Also has a women only area as well.

You feel welcome. Moe since my first day at the gym has really went out of his way to make me smile even when I having a bad day. He takes the time to learn people’s names which must be really hard with the amount of people he sees in one day. Go Moe you Rock!

Great value for my money! Classes are top notch and I have full use of 3 pools! Many weights and machines for everyone if you're into creating your own workout! Trainers are available and fantastic!

I had received a free week here at the gym from an event I took part in. I went to the Dougall location to claim it, the worker Kyle had told me no and that his location doesn’t do those and when I asked about the one free night they do, he wanted to charge me almost $30 for it saying they don’t do those anymore, he was very rude and dismissive about it. So I called this location and they told me to come there and they would get me all set up. When I arrived I was greeted by Amanda, Mohammed, Laura and Amira (sorry if I spelt it wrong), these 4 were amazing! They were all super kind, they apologized multiple times for what happened to me at the other location. Within 15-20 minutes of being there they had signed me up for a free week and I went and did my workout! If I enjoy my 1 week, I will definitely be back at this gym and not the Dougall location!

Very clean gym, all the staff are really nice and freindly, Mohammad at Goodlife corrected my form and showed me how to do tricep pushdowns.the pool is really big and clean, the gym has alot of great machines for every workout and has a boxing room.

Enjoy coming to this location, very clean and friendly staff. Amanda always makes me laugh and Moe is always correcting my form. I will keep coming to this location and will recommend this location tonall my cousins and friends from school.

Goodlife fitness is a great gym were anything is possible in fitness your dreams could come alive.

This is my first time at any gym and couldn’t be happier with how the experience has been so far. It’s been 2 months and I love it. Very welcoming with great staff, members, and equipment.

The GoodLife team at Tecumseh-Lauzon continuously displays kindness, compassion, and politeness to patrons. Since starting my journey at this gym last year, it has been an easy choice to continue given the motivation and forward-thinkingness that this selfless group provides on a daily basis. One staff member, in particular, Moe, has been much more than a staff member toward myself and my friends. His customer service skills coupled with his consistent drive to do better in the lives of others is why I believe he is such a positive influence for young men, like myself. I’ve been coming fir two months. Came from crunch and best decision I made. The staff in the evening are awesome and very helpful when approached.

I just started going to this GoodLife again after a 5 year hiatus. I’m so glad I decided to give them a try again. The overall vibe of the gym is uplifting and positive. It’s been a comfortable transition back to the gym. From the front desk, to the trainers and class instructors everyone has been welcoming and helpful.
Highly recommend giving them a try.

Took a long break from going to the gym, was skeptical of going back. Decided to check this location out, was instantly challenged to a pushup contest by a jacked employee named Moe, he let me win out of pitty, will be coming back to challenge him.
10/10 would recommend

Gym is well maintained and clean. Massage chairs are awesome, there are 2 swimming pools and a hot tub. Staff and members are very respectfully and friendly. Very happy atomosphere.
