Busy due to Good Friday but staff were quick, efficient and friendly. Food is great, good serving size at reasonable prices

Fantastic and authentic fish and chips. My father loved this place and took me here as a girl. Love how they have maintained the menu and methods. Fish is light and flaky with a crisp batter. Chips are golden, crispy with just a bit of skin. Love that they still over the scotch bread and butter. Great meal, great price, great service. Bonus for their great new location. Bright and open, accessible and highchairs available. I'll definitely keep going for the best fish and chips in TO.

Amazing fish and chips spot. Been coming here for several years since they moved from Pharmacy Ave. One of the best places in the east end.

The service is good and friendly. It gets very busy for lunch on Fridays. The 1 waitress is also doing the front counter. So there's a longer wait.

Very welcoming and warm owner. Fish and chips are excellent. It is an ultra light and crisp batter on the fish. Fries are homey and yum.

Not to buzy when I went so I'd say it's great for family sittings, plenty of space for stroller. Winter never stopped this business from opening. Hint hint.and the restaurant was sparkling clean, right down to the washroom. The washroom even has a red button for emergencies I could reccomend my mom and she don't eat out. Food wasn't oily and the pics speak for itself in terms of fish ratio to batter. Mine was scientifically perfect worth its weight in gold.lol. For the haddock and butter bread dinner with Coleslaw and fries, the portion was enough to split and still I was full. Definitely 10/10 I think other restaurants can learn a thing or two about great service and food, from Hamishs kitchen.till the next foody adventure take care.

The breading on the fish is quite tasty. If you want a little crunch with your burger you should definitely do the deep fried burger.

Fish and chips are often a little greasy, but not here. The lunch was perfect, the restaurant extremely clean and the staff absolutely great. Give it a try you'll love it too.

Fantastic food. I have had the halibut, fries, onion rings, and deep-fried burger: all amazing! Best fish and chips I have ever had.
