This is my go to place for fresh cut fries. It is really a greasy spoon and got take out. I always.get the daily special. Haddock can of pop and coleslaw. For under $10 including tax. Cash only.

Fries are a little greasy but much cheaper than other fish and chips places.

Friendly staff. Fresh quality fish, fries cut fresh daily and the poutine is great! Highly recommended.

Been to this plaza many times but first time here for fish & chips. Saw the reviews and I figure I would try it.
Ordered the haddock special, I think they just opened took a while for the oil to heat up properly. I’d asked for the fries a bit well done. Gravy on the side.
I quickly went to the car to eat it so the takeaway wasn’t soggy. I found the fish had a bit much batter and the fries not crispy. The food was okay. Maybe people liked the pricing?
I’m going to try them one more time for the poutine, will let you know soon.

Got a frise from there. The oil in the fryer was very old and dirty. I throw the frise in the garbage. I suggest they should change the oil in the fryer once in a while as per Ontario health and safety laws. Not changing the oil might save the owner some money, but it can harm people badly. I guess they don't care.

The lady working here was nice. The Food was pretty mediocre.fish was well fried but very bland, though the portion size was pretty generous for the price. THE fries could have been cooked better, also she forgot to salt the fries. The packaged tartar sauce didn't taste very good. I wish she would give me some ketchup.

Been coming here for 20 years.changed ownership twice and the food taste the same which is crazy and I grown up eating their fries.just great prices and taste waaaaaay better than others out there in fact, I will not go to any other fish and chips places but this one.

The lady that works here is fast and efficient. Handles all the work herself and the food always comes out delicious. I always get the daily special upgraded to poutine and im full for like half the day

There were 3 hairs in my fries. They have bad personal hygiene. Very rude people work there (they insulted me when I complained). They are pathetic. They don’t understand basic cleanliness.

Got halibut and haddock. Fish was thin, batter was too thick, chips were good. Inexpensive.

Tremendous value. Got their fish and chips combo and it was great and an enormous quantity of food. The gravy was great - I didn't order it but I bet the crush a poutine at this place. Ate in, the decor is classic and the staff are friendly and helpful. Definriley more of a takeout place. Cash only. I love Peanut Plazaaaaaaaa!

Tiny place but I was very surprised at how affordable the Halibut combo was and it is top notch. Fries are awesome too. Coleslaw was a buck and really good. Definitely going there again.and again. Take note that this is a cash only business. No debit or CC.

This is my favourite fish and chips place prices and portion sizes are amazing. My kids love eating here.

I can't believe this place is still up and running. I haven't been there over twenty five years. Back then it was absolutely the best fish and chips in Toronto. I tell people about this place all the time. I'm living in a different part of town but now that I know it's still around I'm going to make a trip there this weekend.

Tonight we're celebrating my husband Brian's 60th Birthday together and all he wanted was Harbour Fish And Chips! We mentioned so many fancier restaurant but.honestly it's hands down the BEST in the City!

Ok it may not be a very fancy looking take out restaurant but it's one of those mom and pop places that are a real hidden gem! Remember. Don't judge a book by it's cover! Right? Lol!

The Halibut And Homemade cut French Fries are super delicious! A generous portion of fish and chips with a light crispy batter is mouth watering good! Definitely filling and satisfying! You don't want to forget to ask for their gravy and tartar sauce to dip the fish and chips in! Yummmmmmm!

Sooooo no matter what your celebrating or just want a fast, yummy, splurge lunch, brunch or dinner I highly recommend you call and place your order because this place is busy and your don't want to miss out!

I've lived in the area for years & I can't believe this was my 1st time here, it's a hidden gem. I had the halibut & it was yummy. The batter is thin & crispy with ample fish. Great portion size at a good price, $10/piece. I will definitely try more of the menu. They have cod, haddock, calamari, poutine & more. The owner was sweet.

Been living walking distance from this place for years and has served me well. Its usually the same lady there who is doing everything, she always has great service. Food is excellent and is definitely worth the price. The only reason i dont go here more often is because their restaurant isnt open late and on sundays. I almost always get the halibut special with gravy on the side, tartar sauce included. Do not hesitate to come here, if you go once i promise it will not be your last.

Fish n chips for $4.99 is unheard of! The fish portion was a bit small (see attached photo), but hey, for 5 dollars, what more can you ask. It was tasty. No complaints.

It took a bit of time to fry, so I suggest you call in and place the order earlier. Oh and this place is cash only, cards are not accepted.

Value for money fish & chips joint that only accepts cash. This place probably has the best fish & chips deal that you can get in the GTA. Everything tastes fresh, the chips, the fish and even the coleslaw. Check out their daily specials that are probably your best bet for the day. Portion sizes are very filling, including the $4.99 Tilapia deal.

Their “gravy” is a beef gravy, if it is of your concern. Nevertheless, they always have they option of choosing a coleslaw instead.

I been to this place today and pathetic fish and worst chips. I never had such a bad fish & chips.highly taste less.

I've been frequenting this spot for years! I love the owner and she is very kind and hardworking. The food is great! The prices are also allot better than other fish and chip places I have tried. All in all great owner, great food and great prices!

Great local Fish n Chip store. Been going here for years and it’s been constantly above average. Decently priced and fairly clean and I really like their fish Batter. Fan Favourites. Halibut Fish n Chips, Poutine and or Fries and gravy are really good and coleslaw works just right.
