Truck H1122 pulling a set of loaded Btrain tankers with HazMat almost rearends broken down RV and side swiping a car. He was travelling too fast on a merging lane without any due regard to highway traffic. Unsafe, very unprofessional and a hazard on the roads! Happened today on the 401 WB at around 2: 30pm Aug. 8th.
