Stayed here with the family, was close to all entertainment facilities, and a little bit of a walk to the Falls. The room was clean and tidy. Reception was very helpful.

Room card worked ONCE during our 2 night stay. New cards didn't work either. Maintenance had to join us multiple times. Staff were friendly but not overly helpful in finding a solution. Very frustrating and disappointing stay.
