Had the most wonderful stay with my husband this week. We arrived, delighted to find our room was ready early, AND a free upgrade.
Service was amazing, location was perfect. Will be back.

The hotel itself was fine. The room was clean. Hamilton itself is just not it for tourism apart from 2 attractions.

It's a great place overall. The heater in some rooms blows out heat while it blows out cold in other rooms, which is making believe that there must be a central control room for the heater

There was a lot of construction when I stayed so access in and out was horrible. Parking was across the street.

We absolutely loved our visit I can't express enough about the staff. Wow! Rita, Hope, Kelly and Amy! Amazing women and they definitely know how to bring good vibes and smiles. Keepers for sure! Xxoo we look forward to seeing you all again...

Very comfortable rooms and located near to Clifton Hill. The facade is looking very down and under repairs. The lobby could use some improvements too. The rooms, although comfortable, do not give the promised view they advertise.
