Best place in Toronto to get a nice relaxing SPA. Very elegant and high quality amenities with extremely well-trained and friendly staff. Lobby atmosphere is also very high-end with fantastic entertainments at nights.

Bathroom backed up into the shower. Hot water is an issue when showering. You get shots of ice cold if a neighbor uses water seems like.

Was there for a work conference - service, rooms and overall experience were excellent. Amenities are top notch - and it feels like a resort. Can't wait to come back on a family vacation trip!
