I have been dedicated to Human 2.0 for years because they’re everything you need to prehab and rehab your body. When I started I literally felt like I became a human 2.0 because I was able to do so much more. Numerous services and they all connect perfectly!

I have been practicing martial arts, as a sport, since the early 80's. I am now a senior citizen. As I age, I become more susceptible to injuries (ankles, knees, lower back, shoulders) when practicing, which seems to be something that many practitioners have to accept. Last year, a friend of mine introduced me to some of the exercises that they do at Human 2.0, as well as their videos on YouTube. I decided to include them in my workouts with my martial arts colleagues. After several months, we were amazed how much these exercises improved our capabilities and helped prevent injuries. As a result, I joined Human 2.0, taking 2 to 3 classes a week, as supplementary training to martial arts. It has been almost a year now. Their balanced approach to mobility, strength and endurance really stops or even turns back the clock for me - I can now execute favorite kicks, spins, jumps confidently without injury. This benefit also carries over to my daily life and chores, such as blowing/shoveling snow, mowing the lawn, gardening etc. I intend to stay with the program in the foreseeable future.
