Very bad customer service, we were waiting in queue and tellers were busy in gossiping. Disappointed.

I had an appointment with Fatemeh Rasaei, she was super nice and really helpful explaining all my questions. The process went smoothly and my issue was resolved in a fast manner.

The worst branch ever. No body wants to work or do their job. They simply answer all the questions nicely so that you don’t get confuse. Some of the transactions and work can be done at the branch which they don’t want to do.

This branch really is not as helpful and friendly as my branch. The person I opened my TFSA account doesn't know how to answer my queries to my satisfaction. He even forgot to get the details of my beneficiaries and there is something not right...

This bank is like other banks. The advisor Pratham thought he could be sneaky by not fully activating my online banking access. However I will continue to bank with Scotia, unless there are further issues down the line.

Went here to do my banking and there was a line up, however going to the teller was a breeze as she helped me sort out my card problems easily.
