Snobby clerks. Went in to get US funds and teller argues their terminal offers that option. When I'm at the terminal it clearly does not. When I asked if I could just exchange the money she acted as if I was making her life difficult. Sweetheart...

Junk branch. The cashiers are pretty unhelpful. I understand following procedures, but recommending to “call the customer service to uninstall the app on the phone and reinstall to solve my problems”. It’s 2023, for Pete’s sake.
