What a terrible company. My poor handicapped mother needed to get to a chiropractor appointment, the driver could not make it on time even though it was already booked. Spoke with an awful customer service agent who said "it's just a chiropractor appointment". Disgusting.truly awful. To deny someone who needs the help.just awful
