One of the absolute most genuine and reputable pool companies in london. Has been our go to pool company since we opened the pool when I was a little girl, the summer that just passed was my first time opening the pool, it wasn’t going right and so I brought in a bottle of the water and they directed me right away to what the pool needed within less than 5 minutes. My father unfortunately passed away and was the one who always took care of the pool, the Jackson’s stepped up right away and offered their hand if we ever needed them. Family owned business as well. I went to see Jason Jackson about either getting repairs or replacing my pool. I e-mailed pictures of my pool and details of what I was looking for as requested. No response. I sent 2 follow-up e-mails and still no response.
I get that they are busy and have a limited time to make their money for the season. So do I. I am in the paving and concrete industry and in the same situation. If I treated people like this I wouldn't have any customers!

These folks are great! Only people to sell the pool hose during COVID. On occasion stock is limited. Pepsi the dog is cool. Nice people, they just are struggling with competent staff. Always honest.
