Alll the office staff and garage staff are very friendly and knowledgeable in their field. It is truly a family atmosphere here. As a driver, I can say with confidence that I enjoy working here and highly recommend looking into coming on over. I'm a long-haul driver and see myself retiring from JBT. Strong family beliefs here. And yes, pet friendly.

Terrible customer service and does not pay carriers fair when they had no freight ready. Our driver drove an hour to pick up freight for them then waited another hour on site, just to be told that the freight wont be ready till tomorrow.before the driver got to shipper.they kept on penalizing us about ETA and when there was no freight for our driver then they want to pay pennies as TONU. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. Save yourself a headache!

Driver stuck behind me on qew thinks by blowing his horn will make the stand still trafic miraculously move. Everyone is suffering pal not just you. Learn some patience.

Not a good experience with them at all considering my 1/4 of a century driving experience & excellent driving record. Their recruiter like to play head games with Owner Operators who are applying that is beyond ridiculous considering the times the economy is in. Last year, everything was pessimistic with her attitude towards me when the application was accepted and even called to book a road test. As soon as she saw my license things change with a microaggression persona. Elements of being a racist might be there however who knows? Regardless, she doesn't know how much people I know in this industry so I moved on and obtained something better. I believed that a position in her field was later posted on the job wanted ads. Either way, Companies that ignore and overlook their recruiters and dispatchers lack of integrity regarding their personalities never prevail towards longevity.

Was a long time Heritage customer, and with JBT in the mix service is even better (we didn't think it was possible). Keep up the good work!
