Love the variety of winter clothes for dogs of all sizes and breeds. I always have hard time finding coats that fit both my dogs at other pet stores.
One thing that noticed about this place is that some products are much more expensive than it should be. For example the pupcake is priced at 2.99 at this store and 1.50 at other pet stores.
The place is very tiny, only one person with one dog can navigate through the products with ease at a time.

Had a great experience here, Asta was above and beyond helpful finding a sweater and jacket for my pooch. So much better to try on different things and make sure they fit than to order something online. Will definitely be back, thanks again!

Paid 45 dollars for anti slip dog socks for a senior dog that is having coordination issues and needed this to be more stable, I was told to tried them and I could return (not only exchange them, they ticket didn't state anything about final sales or conditions for return/exchanges) them within 7 days if didn't fit, when I came back to return them because my dog couldn't walk with them (only used for 3 minutes inside of my home), I was told that only exchanges were permitted, and I couldn't get my money back, I left the socks there I walked awa, This is the reason why local stores are dying, if I'd bought this at Petvalu or any specialized big box pet store I'd be able to get my money back, I hope they enjoyed the 45 dollars!

My wife saw this place and made an impulse buy. I tried to make an exchange which was not accepted. The "salesman" asked if I was a "regular" shopper there, which didn't make sense as I had a receipt. What difference would that bear on my exchange. Either you offer one or not. I was not interested in a debate. Plus my 10 year old son couldn't stand the unkept store. We'll continue shopping at Pet Smart, they know how to treat their customers.

K-9 Couture has a great feel about it. I go there at least 2-3 times per week. There are plenty of items to choose from, and lots of pet toys as well. But the real X Factor for me is the customer service courtesy of Scott. Scott truly cares about the customers and he always goes the extra mile. My experience these days is that most customer service is sub par at best, as most give the impression they could not care less, and you often hear the famous words, "we are out of that", or "I have no idea. " Scott is 180 degrees the opposite of that. He makes really helpful suggestions.

It’s an amusing shop with variety of products and the quality is incomparable. They have everything and unlike many other pet stores they have many options to choose from.

I made an appointment for a dog shower at this store on Wednesday. After taking a shower and returning home, I realized that all the fur on the dog's private parts had been shaved off, causing severe inflammation in the private parts. Don't hairdresser have any basic knowledge? I won't go again.

The coolest place with outfits for dogs. It's cool that you can try it on right in the store.

I found this place though a Google search. It is difficult to find a place which will groom cats. I booked a wash and cut for my cat for 140 dollars with 10 dollars extra for deep conditioning. My cats fur was quite matted. The groomer was trying her best to explain to me what the process would be and honestly I don't have a problem with the grooming. What i didn't appreciate was that it took 3 hours and I was never updated. I had to ask multiple times what was happening. At one point I got concerned because it never takes that long. I was told it would be another 10 min and waited an additional hour. Another point I didn't understand was that if the groomer required the assistance of another person to hold the cat still, that would be chargeable. I feel the grooming cost should already take that into consideration. I offered to hold my cat instead but that was not recommended because it would distract the cat. I must admit I am new to the country and the tipping protocols have also thrown me off. I thought it was limited to restaurants and nail salons but after being charged 192 dollars I was asked how much I would like to tip. I didn't even know that was a thing. I appreciate the groomers service and I feel I paid a hefty price for it. I didn't tip because it was already such an inflated price. I would go here again if I was in a bind but I think i should have taken the initiative to seen the facility first just for peace of mind and I should have clarified the price beforehand. I do feel that if the grooming is going to go in excess of 2 hours then the customer should be notified. We have to pay for your time, you should be equally as considerate of your customers time.

I go there often, very friendly staff named Scott who helps get the answers you need with regards to product details and what to recommend. Overall this place is excellent if you are looking for many different types of treats for both large and small dogs. They do have a no return or exchange policy that new customers who aren’t familiar should be aware of, but they have signs that are transparent about this. Place is a little more expensive (toys and clothing being the most so definitely shop around for those items if you can) but for treats and food you get fresh high quality items. In terms of food selection they at times can run out of an item so not always the most reliable with certain freeze dried food items but this could also be a supplier issue, as I’ve noticed the same products of out of stock with a several pet stores. Do be aware sometimes an odd bag of treats may be expired and not clearly labelled as being expired as I have boughten 2 bags of expired treats without knowing. With all that being said the shop is my go to place for my dogs, friendly staff, great high quality products and great selection. Definitely would recommend checking this place out if your downtown

I think the groomer did a great job. My cat looked relaxed when he was grooming and back home.

Hinly was great, provided excellent service and went above and beyond to help me! My kitten loved the toys and food he recommended. He is a great asset to the store and very knowledgeable. Will send my friends to him for sure

This is one of the best pet boutiques I've ever been to, the staff there is really nice and trusting, the workers and owner is really understandable if there's certain needs you need, they even understand fully on why even people like myself that has PTSD and learning issues on why a safe environment is important, been going here for almost 10 years now, never regretted it at all
