Kawartha Credit Union

First off, The staff here do not follow confidentiality protocols. They treat customers whom have paid off multiple mortgages and loans like trash because they listen to gossip around town. They are condescending and clueless at the same time. Aloofness to their own services and very unprofessional! Ombudsman has been notified.

When banking systems were down (I know, crazy right? But it DOES happen!), and I was on a tight deadline, the manager of Kawartha Credit Union Huntsville did EVERYTHING within safe banking protocols and her legal power to ensure I made my deadline! She even met me at the branch over an hour early the following morning to assist.

I would be remiss if I didn't mention the caring concern of all staff members at this branch as well.
