What a kind gesture of them who does not let transport drivers use washroom when they go to deliver or pick up. Don't forget drivers are the ones who brings freight so that you guys can work and get salaries.

One of worst place that you can choose for shipping purposes, customer service is awful, and arrogant they put me on hold and go for their other workers.
2 days waiting for their trucker for pick up, finally I hat to cancel it, no buddy show up for pickup that I created 7 days before.

The customer service lacks, they don't deliver inside your apartment and can't even borrow the dolly. You're better off getting it delivered with a more reputable company

Worst company to deal with, already rescheduled a pickup 4 times and still they do not show up.
Even after confirming it everytime they NEVER SHOW UP!

Booked a shipment on friday. They never came. Called multiple times and left messages on monday. They never came. Cancelled and sent it with another courier. When I talked to my coworkers they said "Oh yah never ship with kindersley that's just what they do"

Worst and slowest ever. I am shocked that this company is still in business. They picked up a shipment on Feb 28 and today is March 27, it still has not got delivered to my customer in USA.

This transportation company has lost our parts while shipping it to Toronto. Please do not trust them anymore.
