I needed a a part for a tub filler faucet and i couldn’t find them anywhere, but they have it in stock and not even that, they did not charge me for it and give it to me for free, thank you so much for your help and definitely i will fome back.

What a great place. I am not a contractor or a plumber, but I needed a part to fix a leaking shower valve. I was greeted by a welcoming man who introduced me to an equally friendly woman who found the part I needed, confirmed the part was the right one, and gave me a generous discount. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who has plumbing needs, especially those who are trying to 'Do It Themselves. ' Thanks. I will be back.

Apoorva and the rest of the staff were so friendly and helpful. They helped me with an issue that we had with our shower system. Ordered the part that we needed and picked it up within a couple of days. Very pleasant interaction.

We brought in a Riobel towel holder thinking the screw set had to be replaced. We were lucky to be helped by Addo, the owner himself, who provided us with fantastic customer support and resolved our problem even though we didn't buy the product from the store.
