I was recommended this store by a friend and i had a chance to visit the Kolani Highway 50 store this week. I was just mesmerized by the beautiful bathroom sets and vanities the store had and how organized the store looked!
I was greeted by Malika the sales representative at the store who was very thorough in explaining me the functions of the kitchen sink that i was looking for!
Other staff at the store was super hospitable as well!
I think I made the best purchase and that too in a budget!

This store truly exceeded my expectations. As an interior designer, I was blown away by the wide variety of kitchen options they offer. It’s like a playground for my creative ideas! Me and my husband went to other few stores in the search of the all fixtures for our powder room, but had several bad experiences and lack in customer service.
We were so happy when we found Kolani.

Shopped at Kolani in Woodbridge as that was the closest location to me. Initially, I felt the experience was good but that all changed once the product finally arrived. I purchased a 72” vanity and when it was opened for inspection the hinges were different colours of metal and the drawers didn’t slide smoothly, they would get jammed in their tracks. I bought from Kolani hoping to get a better quality product but obviously that wasn’t the case. The staff at that location took offence to my dissatisfaction and began arguing that it’s in perfect condition. As she raised her voice I ended up raising mine. Ultimately I left that location without my $3000.00 vanity or my $1500.00 deposit and I went to the concord location to chat with the General manager Sikhsha. She made a whole bunch of promises that i happened to record on my phone, and none of them came true. They refused to sell me the vanity that I had waited two weeks for and they refused to listen to the recorded conversation which proved my innocence in the matter. The girl at Woodbridge lied about the sequence of events and the GM believed her even though I have proof that she’s lying. Don’t buy from these people, they sell an inferior product at an inflated price. I’ve made several attempts to contact Addo Kolani (owner) but it’s obvious he doesn’t care either. Good luck if you buy from Kolani.

I had an a amazing experience with Kolani.the Sales girls who was very helpful to get us set up with the perfect bathroom. I was amazed the way she is so kind who put the efforts in to help find exactly what we were interested in! Would Highly recommend!

Kolani kitchen and bath is a multi-brand store and that’s the thing that I like about that store the most.

We have so so many options that at one point a person gets confused and cannot decide which product to go for.
Kolani showrooms are so huge and they have the stock of majority of the items. I was not able to find Riobel Gold shower system anywhere but Kolani had it in stock.

I really like how well maintained showrooms they have and they are the best ones that I have ever seen.

I purchased a shower system from Kolani 5 years ago and I recently went again to purchase some stuff for my other bathroom. Also, they have expanded the showroom too.

First off, it was nice to locate a company that ships to entire Canada. I live in Nova Scotia so it is hard for me to find some good and modern stuff. But they have everything on their website and you can order whatever you like.

They provide such fast services! I got my vanities and bathroom fixtures within 15 days. Their website is amazing and so is the services provided by them!

Getting my products from them was one of the best decisions because whatever I saw online, I think I received everything much more better than that!

I renovated my house a year ago and I was recommended by a friend to purchase all the stuff from KOLANI’s. She went to the store with me and trust me I was shocked because their showroom is huge and gigantic. Its like living in the world of beautiful vanities and bathtubs.
I thought choosing stuff would be easy but at Kolani’s I felt so confused because I liked so many things and I wanted to have them all. Then with the help of my friend and the sales rep working over there I finalized all the fixtures, vanities and bathtubs for my house.
I visited 4-5 times before finalizing everything and the sales rep working in the store were like cherry to the cake always so helpful and giving such great suggestions.

I am glad that I came across them and even after one year I still love each and every corner of my bathrooms or powder room. It turned out to be exceptional.

We went to Kolani in Woodbridge to get a quote on the 4 washroom we were planning to renovating. Looked around the showroom it was well organized and clean, there was plenty of choices and got some ideas what we wanted exactly. Our Salesperson helped us to make decisions and it was really helpful. She quoted us very completing prices with free delivery! We bought all the fixtures from here and took us less than a week to get everything delivered. Highly Recommended Kolani!

Ordered tub for a client, before ordering asked for ETA been told 3 weeks.called after 4 weeks, they said oh its another 3-4 weeks.called after 9 weeks- they said oh its still delayed another 3-4 weeks.called after 11 weeks - again they saying another 3 weeks! They just keep adding weeks and keep client hostage with their products.they did offer a different tub but this still not solving the problem as we cant finish the whole bathroom install vanity and door if tub not inside otherwise it wont go through the opening.asked to speak with manager and keep talking to some assistant that pretending being a manager.worst customer service ever! Dont ever buy from them! If they treat trade accounts like this I dont want to know how they treat regular clients.just awful!

We have purchased a house that had a new kitchen and all bathrooms updated. The previous owner advised that if we had any problems go see Kolani as he had purchased everything from them. A few years later we decided to replace our kitchen faucet and headed over to visit them for the first time. Great service, honest, top notch products and moreover excellent customer service for years later. Max at Kolani on Hwy 50 is great. Very happy.

Visited Kolani while doing our home renos. We met Ziyad at the shop who was super helpful and provided us with a lot of technical info in easy to understand terms so we could make the best choices. We ended up purchasing 2 toilets, a tub and 2 bathroom extractor fans. Pricing was fair but what we liked the most was the level of customer service. Wish we would've found this place sooner.
