Great gym, staff is great… but they need to talk to the staff about closing hours. They need to start their shift later so they can let us leave the sauna at 11pm. Not everyone has the flexibility of coming early and we pay to use the gym until 11pm not 10: 50pm.

Is a great gym and Brendan was a great help in helping us navigate the gym

I came to the gym tonight. The lady at the front desk was having issue with another gym member. I scanned my membership and wanted to proceed to the gym, Homehr. The lady at the front desk asked me to scan for the second time and very aggressively slammed the computer. I asked her why she asked me to do for the second time she said she can even ask me to scan for the third time without any reason. I said that is unprofessional i will take this to the manager, she said even the manager can not do anything. I said lets see. A few minutes later she send her male co-worker that he will do anything and everything to support her colleague and even if he lose his job he is ok with that. I am very disappointed of the behavior and using vulgar language towards gym members. We come to the gym to have a peace of mind not to have problems and arguments. I am sure i am not the first one having issue with Homehr, she is very rude and unprofessional.

I love going to the gym, I have been to tons of gyms and L. A Fitness definitely has great a space for an acceptable price. This gym has equipment for everyone. It has everything you need to bulk and build.

The staff and members are very respectful and kind.

Since after Corona time, it's very inefficient, live long line outside, first come, first serve with no limit inside. Can be up to an hour to get in

The club is really clean & tidy, sanitizers provided, the staff are cleaning everytime & they make sure the club is sanitized. Also, they are very responsive on the phone. Arsalan, the Guy helped me to check my account over the phone which was really helpful. Amazing Experience!

Nice place, good work out! Arsalan is a very good guy, motivated, enthousiasme and great relationships with clients! The place to be to train well and get in shape! They have extreme level of cleanliness during covid and whole club is properly sanitized. Amazing job guys and i just love this CLUB!

Been coming here for the last 5 years and has always been a great environment for working out. The gym is huge, has tons of equipments, is incredibly clean and the staff is always very friendly. Because of covid, I had experienced a longer wait time on the phone, so I went by the club in person and they helped me in 5 minutes. I can also see all equipment is regularly sanitized and the social distancing rules make me feel very safe. Highly
recommend the gym to anyone in the area.

This location is one of the cleanest locations I have worked out at. The staffs are very friendly. The cleaning is excellent. There is always someone going around and cleaning the machines every few minutes.

Great staff great location. Due to COVID wait times were quite high getting in as places were opening up but now with occupancy restrictions reduced there are no more line ups. Would be great if we could get the punching bags back!

This Gym is ALWAYS CLEAN AND EVERYONE IS ALWAYS SO NICE. IT HAS EVERYTHING I NEED FOR A WORKOUT AND IT IS CLOSE TO MY HOME. IT ALSO HAS CLEAN SPACE, UPDATED EQUIPMENT, EASY PARKING, NICE LOCKER ROOM, GREAT STAFF. ” WONDERFUL CLUB! I WOULD LOVE TO GIVE 10 STARS BUT NO OPTION, LOL. I FEEL LUCKY TO BE THE PART OF THIS AMAZING DON MILLS CLUB.

My mom asked them to cancel the membership, and they still charge the credit card for membership fee. Trying to call but no one is answering, my mom has to go physically to the place to deal with the problem. BUT RIDICULOUSLY, AFTER THEY TOLD MY MOM THEY WILL REFUND THE MONEY, THEY CHARGE THE CREDIT CARD AGAIN! Avoid them! Avoid LA Fitness at all cause!

I have been calling to cancel my membership but no one is answering the phone and in their voice recording it says "Thank you for calling LA Fitness, your call is very important to us, please stay on the line and someone will be shortly. " I have been calling and waiting for 2 hrs for someone to pick up the phone but unsuccessful. I even emailed to cancel but nobody cares! Now i received my notification that they deducted I am being billed for the monthly fee which I was trying to cancel before the billing cycle.
I am really disappointed. Clearly customers call is NOT IMPORTANT TO YOU.

I have been on the line for over an hour and no one is picking up. I was looking to sign up for their membership however if this is the start ill prefer to go back to good life fitness

50 person max capacity at all gyms, line ups in the evening but once you’re inside, you have a massive facility all to yourself. No workout time limit which is nice. No appointment needed

I was emailed twice to update credit card info for my monthly fees, I replied to please cancel my membership and call me back so that we can settle. No reply to email and when tried calling location exactly the same experience. NO ONE WILL PICK UP PHONE.please someone answer members issues

When signing up, I was told how clean and immaculate the gym would be, which was a complete lie. Mould in the showers, equipment was never organized or put away properly (ever), nothing was cleaned, floors smell like feet, and you have to walk all the way across the gym if you want to use a spray bottle (but no one bothers). Post-covid, I had no faith in the cleanliness of the gym so decided to cancel my membership, which they made absolutely impossible. I cannot even describe how time consuming and frustrating the experience was (took me over 2 months). Strongly do not recommend this gym, literally go anywhere else.

I am a new member at this gym and I am surprised at how they keep the gym clean and sanitized. I was a member at GoodLife before and honestly I’m sooo glad I switched over. The customer service is outstanding! The general manager (shah) helped me a lot with my membership and showing me around the gym! Highly recommend this gym!

Your club is open and no one answers the phones. Judging by the other reviews, it looks like a trend.

Sad to see the service level of this gym drop to a new low. Major improvements needed here to qualify it as a signature club.

Club has been very clean since reopening! Masks are mandatory in the building, and good measures are being taken to maintain the covid outbreak.

CLUB IS CLEAN AND WELL KEPT. GROUP TRAINERS ARE ENTHUSIASTIC, ENGAGING AND WELL PREPARED. I love the way they managed changing room, its quiet impressive. I also like the way, ARSALAN provided me membership with good offers. During Covid-19, this is one of the best gym who managed their club with proper cleaning & precautions. Love this Club!

We are a member of this gym since it opened and this gym will always be our favorite go to. Now with the reno and all covid protocols, I am impressed how they are handling things during this time. First time back in the gym and felt safe. Thank you!

Love everything about this location, very spacious and clean. I’ve just started working with a personal trainer (Neema) he’s extremely professional and helpful.
Overall very pleased with my experience here and would definitely recommend!

The staffs are friendly and the facility is really nice and clean. If you're looking for a place to workout this summer, this place might be suitable for you.

Have been a member for over a year now. I got personal training with Lucas M. He's been great and super friendly. Helped me with proper techniques for lifting weights and the machines. Always considerate if I had to cancel or reschedule. Now feel stronger than I ever have before. Thanks Luke!

Visited for only two weeks although the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Equipment range is great and lots of space to be creative with my workouts. Would definately recommend and hopefully will be returning again soon.

Went to LA fitness for my first time today. Workers their are super nice especially Gia! Ask for her!

I have been member there for 5 years now and the quality is decreasing everyday. Nothing seems to be monitored. Everybody do what they want. Towels are always anywhere on the ground in the restroom.
I entirely agree the Aaron Long comments.
Toilets and showers are more and more disgusting. No more lotion for weeks now. No panels, no signs asking or at least reminding what people have to observe. People spit almost everywhere too, making noise with their throat. Some people are very dirty. Some people speak very loudly.
This morning was, icing on the cake, my shoes were stolen in the restroom. I'm 72 and it's the first time in my life I have to report that! My casual boots have been stolen this morning! I thought I was dreaming.
Actually, it's anything.
So, I hesitated and I'm still hesitating to give up and unscribe and starting to tell to all my friends the reality of this location. I don't know at all the others La Fit.in Toronto, but I think it's a real bad image for the Company to see how bad is going.

This is a large and nice facility with many various equipment, swimming pool, basketball court, squash courts, sauna and towel service. Friendly staff, especially the general manager Shar Aliani is very friendly, welcoming and patient. Would definitely recommend LA Fitness Don Mills.

Every time I decide to go to pool I call before I head out, the reception always lie that the pool is open and after I get there I see that pool is under maintenance, they are not honest team.be careful.

It is very big so normally there is not much problem to get the machine you want. They have some nice classes, especially the Yoga class with Shannon. But they have some problems with the towels. Some times I have arrived and there were no clean towels availble. Also they have a problem with Aquafit. The pool is big enough for at least 20 people but they don't want to hire any safewatcher so they had to limit the people who can go in to ten. You have to go at least 30 minutes before the class so you ca book but so.sometimes the classes are full one hour earlier. To fix this they have multiplied the number of classes so now there are less hours where people can swim.

Solid gym but the wieghts are never re-racked, and it's generally not that clean. Was a Goodlife member before and all their near by locations are way cleaner

Large, spacious, and open-concept gym with tons of equipment. A signature club that offers towel service, hair dryers, and shower products when you opt for the more expensive membership. Could use more parking.
