Glória my trainer understands my weaknesses and has been strength training me and coaching me in this regard. I highly recommend her services. She also does great dynamic stretching which alleviates aches and pains.

This gym is amazing. Wide variety of classes, huge equipment room and great trainers. Charles Ajogi is a great personal trainer. He's helped me so much with my goals. He motivates me while being supportive and honest. I highly recommend him and the gym as well.

The worst club in Mississauga. Always dirty, machines are not available, no cleaning supplies, second floor smells horrible. Worst customer service. Front desk manager Jason is extremely rude, lacks customer service and communication skills, harasses women. He should be fired. No customer service standards. This gym should shut down.

Omar is an excellent worker he made me feel very welcomed. Anytime I had a question of how to use any of the machines he would answer back with full detail and is very helpful.

Omar at LifeCafe was very pleasant and professional when I came in to make an order. He made great recommendations and made my food and shake with excellence.

The staff is what makes this place. From the welcoming front staff like Mehar & Mo to the friendly trainers like Gloria who are always positive and willing to offer advice and motivation - my mornings always start off right here!

I visited with a friend earlier this month and we went to the cafe after our workout - the staff were very friendly! One staff member in particular, Malak, truly made my customer experience a 10/10. Definitely will be planning another visit back soon.

Omar at the Life Cafe was fantastic. He gave me great advice on the protein intake I needed after a workout.

After visiting the cafe for the first time the other day, Omar greeted with a smile and recommended a quesadilla which tasted even better than I imagined. I will definitely come back.

Spending a day at LIFETIME is great! You enjoy the facilities of a resort but in reality it is a gym where all the staff care about your well-being. Special mention for Gloria, one of the personal trainers in the place, she is very passionate about her work and dedicates time to her clients not only to build personalized routines but to teach us and help us improve every day to have a healthier life.

I am a new member her and so far my experience has been great. Gym is clean and the equipment is always in good shape and there are lots of machines in the weight room and a lot of different classes. Gloria Becerra has been amazing with me and I have really enjoyed her as a trainer. Her charisma and good energy always makes for a great workout time no matter what mood I am in. She also pushes me to the limit and has been improving my overall fitness as a result.

Omar is a great worker at the cafe. He recommended the mocha madness and it was truly exceptional.

Wow! Amazing service from my dear Omar Darwazeh! His professionalism is outstanding, loves the way he does things. Omar greeted me with a big smile on his face grinning like his teeth were full of diamonds. Love the music Despacito played felt like I was in a pub in downtown New York which is what I like in a gym. Omar really showcases incredible talent as a young man and as a young soul not only did he help me when I was at my lowest but he guided me and showed me the light at the end of the tunnel. No words can describe how much I admire this man! Had ma feeling like I was future off da Henny haha I just felt like this needed to be said Omar doesn’t get enough appreciation nowadays the only reason I go is to listen to music and spend time with Omar, we be vibing to Lucki and the weekend.
