I opened a new account with main street and they made everything so easy. I did everything remotely and was still given great advice on saving for my future goals.

Great employees. Personalized service, unlike the bigger banks, if there's an issue. They know their stuff. If they don't, it's not long before they get an answer for you.

Very helpful after card was stolen, money returned to account and new card promptly received.

I have been with this branch for many years and the staff have always been super kind, helpful, knowledgeable and attentive to various banking needs. Also an easy to use mobile app that I can do a majority of my regular banking online.

The manager Jill at this location was exceptionally polite, knowledgeable and helpful in a difficulty that I encountered. I have been involved in the credit union movement for over 60 years. This branch is not my “home” but the service here far outpaced my home branch experience.

A few days ago, I was informed that the account information the CRA was using was inaccurate. I tried to resolving it online, unsuccessfully. I called Mainstreet Mt. Brydges and Katie walked me through the entire process, diagnosed the problem and resolved it successfully. Kudos to Katie and her perseverance!
