I have had to call this branch a few times and each time I get the most pleasant response from I believe her name is Marni She has help me out with my on line service I would like to thank her she is amazing She makes me feel that I am no bother when I call for help. Thank you

I moved my service to Sarnia which was closer for my travels. I went in and was greeted with smiles. Sharon Hiemstra of the London Road Branch listened to my request of wanting to move locations in which she started on my request. She called me in a couple of days with my answer and haven’t regretted it since then. She has called me back numerous times to see if there was anything she could help me with and she gave me her direct line of communication to feel free to call if I needed any help. Kudos

Main Street Credit Union treats you like family. They go above and beyond even working after hours through email to help get the request done. Always service with a smile and happy to be part of the credit union. I highly recommend you join too!

Friendly, personable and knowledgeable staff! Mainstreet has been my choice for banking since it was the Polysar Employees Credit Union. Michelle offered a new card which I was unaware of and made the transfer seamless and we had some fun in the process. I will continue to utilize suggest Mainstreet to my friends and family.

After dealing with Mainstreet, I will never go back to banking at one of the larger institutions again. For every service: in person, online, over the phone, I feel like a valued member of the credit union and not just a number. It's a rare sense of peace knowing I can actually trust them with my finances.

Staff are friendly and great to deal with. Very considerate. Business hours are good as well.
