Their standards have pretty much vanished. Eggs are always over done, toast is either burnt to a crisp or never saw the inside of a toaster, most of the food ends up cold by the time it gets to your table. Not to mention their prices are pretty high for such basic dishes.

This isn't just from one bad experience either, it's been every single time I've gone in the past couple years.

The food was good and came quickly. The service was lovely and a big fan of our waiter. However, the cleanliness is really lacking. The bathrooms were gross with excrement all over the floors. The carpets looked like they have never been cleaned. Someone should do a cleanliness inspection.

Delightful food and chill place. Their clubhouse sandwich paired with coffee are my favorites! Love it!

The service part needed some work. But the food was what I needed in the wee hours of the morning after a long shift. There pricing is reasonable. But the new staff can't compare to the foundation like Elisha and the other long time staff.

Been going for years. This place has changed for the worse. The prices are high and meals remain the same. Slice of cake $11, dinner $23, side of fries $8, Coffee $3.50, pop $3.50 plus hst 13%. My bill was $54+ for one person. No wonder the place was empty at dinner time on a Saturday. Never again. Too expensive.

The waitress there are always friendly.and their recommendations are always on point.it's just abit cold when sitting by the window

I LOVED when they had the chicken sausage, however I found out today when I went, that they no longer have it. That sucks! Lol.

Overall, the service was good and the food was great. Love the coffee refills.

Only thing I didn't like (outside of the chicken sausage situation) was that we were seated close to the door and I was really cold. Still love this place tho!

It’s open 24hrs, clean, fresh and relaxed environment. Been going here for sometime and no complaints yet. They do Dine-In, Take out and delivery. Enjoy!

I came here for dinner and I had a Spanish omelet and the server siman was excellent as she gave the best customer service. I ordered an egg white omelet except they made a regular 6 Siman was very helpful and took it back and had it remade. I was also told the last time I was here that I couldn't add anything to already made omelets except Siman reassured me that yes, they were able to do this. I very much appreciate all the kindness and good service that she has given to me.

We arrived after 1 pm on a weekday, after the majority of lunch time diners left. The restaurant is spacious and booths are readily available, while the menu is extensive and inviting! The club sandwich, hamburger and hot chicken sandwich were excellent. The restaurant is clean and the server was fantastic - professional, attentive, interested, efficient and friendly. Our coffee was refilled non stop and we were not rushed at all. Lunch was thoroughly enjoyable.

It was the WORST experience I've ever had at Markham Station! The food has gone down hill so badly I don't know if I ever want to go back, though the service was spectacular. The Waitress we had was amazing! She did everything she could to make what we had right. They used to have apple stuff for your pancakes, like a topper with apple slices with apple compote and cinnamon. It's been replaced by the most DISGUSTING, INEDIBLE strawberry sauce (with minimal real strawberries) and grossest blueberry compote I have ever tasted. The cherry sauce is your basic cherry pie filling. But the quality has gone down and the prices have gone up. If you're looking for a good breakfast, I'd recommend anywhere else BUT here for the food. For the service? The quality is just as superb as always.

I have been coming to Markham station since I was a kid, but unfortunately the quality just keeps going downhill every time I have visited in the past couple years. We ordered steak for breakfast and the steaks literally tasted like they were microwaved. Roasted potatoes have absolutely zero flavour and their home fries are KNOWN for the seasoning salt.ours had none of it. Our waitress was incredibly kind and attentive, but unfortunately their food quality is really disappointing now. Also noticed now they have a mandatory 15% gratuity that's included in the bill, I am all for tipping good service but seems to me like this is the owners way of making a bit of extra money based on the fact that not as many people frequent this establishment anymore. There 100% needs to be a replacement in leadership AND in the kitchen at this place. Kills me to not want to go here anymore.
