The address mentioned in the ticket is wrong. It is 156 borough drive outside the public library. However there is no message board of megabus anywhere, so it is very difficult to find the spot. Attached the photos for reference.

Its good for the price. Too much lights because of the roof was made of glass. Otherwise its good.

Beware, there is no signage for this bus stop and the instruction on the web site is misleading. Hard to get someone to help uou on the phone. They have no clue where the station is. If you can, go to Toronto station or use different company to go your final destination.

The bus's new stop is infront of Toronro public Library (156 borough drive). There is no megabus sign.the adress on megabus website (300 borough drive) is wrong at least for now.

I am never boarding a coach Canada/ mega bus ever again. The drivers on the way back to Montreal were aggressive with the passengers and on both going and coming back from Toronto to Montreal we were delayed to board and to arrive.

Very unorganized. No queue in place. Everyone is budding each other and there’s no clear instructions. Bus was delayed about 40 mins. If you’re on a TIGHT budget then ok. Otherwise avoid at all costs.

This bus is horrible. Don’t waste your money just take a plane or train. You pay extra to reserve a seat and then when you get in thus bus theres no seat saved and you have to sit wherever you can and even tho you buy a nonrefundable ticket they will tell you the bus is full and too bad. Horrible service and incredibly rude staff. Not worth the money at all I'm shocked at how horrible this company is.

I'm a tall person and the space between seats in not to much and they need to improve the GPS locations of they offices it's very complicated to find them

I took the megabus from toronto to ottawa and the bus driver told us we have a 15min break at 7: 00pm in Kingston i went out to get coffee and when i came back 7: 07pm the bus was gone they left me at the Kingston station with no luggage and no other bus that is going to ottawa that day, and when I called the company they told me they can not do anything for me i just have to stay at the station until the morning for another bus to come, and when i went in the station they were closing down I am so disappointed of this company and how they treat their customers im never taking this bus again its not worth it.

Very hard to find the spot and the way how to get there. Signs are very insufficient and very unclear. I am not sure who is in charge about this setup, could be Megabus, city or so on but any organization who is, need to take some serious actions and improve their infrastructure and system.

Horrendous service, they booked the wrong time for our departure such that we were supposed to be on the departing and returning bus at the EXACT same time in different locations. When contacting support they said we would have to pay for their error and that it wasn't their responsibility that they messed up. Would not recommend even calling their support since they only repeat the same sentence regardless of the conversation at hand even being relevant to that.

I would never travel with Megabus again. Customer service is terrible and instead of putting you on the next bus because life happens they want you to purchase a whole new reservation.

We drove around the mall for over 30mins looking for the bus terminal. When we called customer service and spoke to a supervisor I was told "I'm not familiar with the area, just go to platform #5. " But how to get platform #5 from the parking lot he did not know.

Maybe there should be an option for 0 stars for the megabus customer service. I called in to see if can board the bus from a different location. I was told there is no way I can. Then i looked through the internet. I saw there is option for changing reservation time. Then i called back in again. They told me they cant do it, as it is 2: 31pm and my bus departs at 5: 30. I cant change the reservation within a 3 hour window. I told them I called before. But nothing got through them.
