Nutella flavour does not taste like Nutella. Cake batter is good. Toppings are usually good but I’ve had old candy from them too. Hit or miss. Menchie points aren’t as great as they used to be and prices have gone up

Extremely rude staff, keep away.
Cashier refused to give an extra spoon and acted like the customers are beneath him, what an absolute jackass. Worst customer service ever witnessed.
Don not give these petty people your business.

Went yesterday and very dispointed. Please see the picture with how they serve a smoothie that was very watery.definetly need more training on this and the portion was absurd.

Nice but the cashier couldn’t figure about how to apply my birthday promo

and ended up saying we don’t do it at all to which i asked when it was stopped; to which there wasn’t an answer. Just Its not here I can’t do it which seemed more like I don’t know how to do it……

I really love this place and have always had a great experience. However, the recent removal of the blue raspberry flavour is quite the disappointment - hence the removal of 2 stars.
Other than that, nice place:)

Recently this place has declined. *The flavours are watered down, you can tell by how it dispenses and how cold it is when you're eating it, the very cold sensation is due to an excess of water/ice. * I used to really like this place but it's really expensive now for what you get, and *the quality isn't worth it anymore. * Very sad, it was one of the only places I liked going to for food, I might go back one more time just to give it one last chance in hopes that it gets better. This company is messing around, customers aren't stupid, stop penny pinching and being greedy, I feel like it's a total disrespect to your customers. ** Major Issue: Diluting the flavours, it's not "Yogurt" anymore. Every yogurt isn't a thick, rich texture, full of flavour like they used to be years ago. Money isn't an issue for me, I would pay extra money for QUALITY, and the yogurt this place was selling when it first opened.

I visited to Menchie’s today and it was a really really great experience which no one can expect.
I was with my friend she nowhere how searched this store and took me there.
We were not even aware what we were going to find there but the cashier there Mr. Sachin helped us a lot and help us to find our favourite yogurt.
Must recommend and visit at least twice a week!

Very rude staff!
If you have young kids please avoid this place at any cost.there are plenty good dessert spots around.yes your Staff is very well trained and I apologized on behalf of my 1 year old son who tried to touch the machines.but its the attitude and way of talking to an year old kid.mind it.it is a frozen yogurt place that kids love going to.so please train your staff better on how to treat young kids.
My son smiled and waved at your cashier when we were leaving and cashier gave him a very rude and cold look.that's what made me angry!

We went there last night (Aug 19th) literally 2 min before the store closure and have an amazing experience. I need to say that this branch has the most caring sales associate I've ever met. I didn't ask for his name but he deserves to run the sales teams across North America. I hope someone in the leadership notices this review.

Every time my kids have karate lessons in the plaza, they ask for Menchie's after. Once in a while I'll treat them to these delicious creations they make themselves.

Everything about this place is fantastic. If you love frozen yogurt. But be prepared to pay double what you would anywhere else. It was over $20 for one full cup and one half cup

Good service. Nice little patio area. A little more expensive, but the flavors were great. We went there after a movie at Colossus.

I had just gotten the smallest amount of frozen yogurt, immediately after paying i dropped it by accident. Guy working there refused to let me get another even though I barely gotten any frozen yogurt to begin with stating that is was “all my fault”. Just terrible customer service.

I love menchies, I visit this location quite often I’m sure the owner recognizes us by now. The Asian couple visiting all the time. I wish they brought back their strawberry tart or regular tart so I stopped going cause I’m not a fan of blue raspberry tart. Bring it back and I’ll be back!

March 31st- the guy working night shift closed at 10: 10 PM, and i travelled 45 mins to get here. Gives me a “wth” look when i asked him how can he shut the store. Legit turns the lights off lights off and started cleaning the store! You better fire this dude who is doing this to customers. I surely need a follow up asap.
10: 20 PM going back now.

We were choosing the flavour we wanted and we pressed on the mango flavour it came out all white and did not taste as mango, we wanted a new one the employer yelled so rudley at us saying that we shouldbt be doing this, after that we were putting toppings on our ice cream he also yelled at us saying that we should stop touching the serving spoons while putting toppings on our ice cream, I dont know what kind of location is this but this should never be the propper way an employer should be talking to customer.
