Staff is always courteous and helpful. I prefer a credit union over a bank.

The hours are terrible now this is not 1975. People are at work when you are open complete waste of money paying staff when people are at work. We need after work hours and the phone answered.

Here we go again, not processing my check! Get it together people, I don't need the stress. Going to late once again for my rent, because you say that my account "does NOT exist! Going to close down this bank account for you screwing up for the second time.

Terrible service, business teller didn't even make eye contact or acknowledge me. During a routine transaction couldn't find my account and then accused me of being rude. Very unprofessional.

I have not missed a payment but they reported my car loan to trans union as derogatory

Nobody picks up the phone, tried two days in a row at different times during their hours (10AM to 4PM, must be nice). I like the branch otherwise, everybody is helpful but I shouldn't have to take time off work to make an appointment then take time off work again for the actual appointment.
