Mirage Pool and Spa

We got flyer booklet in mail. Booking appointment was easy online. 2023 is the first time we used Mirage pools to close our pools. The crew of three arrived. Everyone had their assigned roles. Very coordinated. Taking down the pool ladder, winterizing the equipments, adding closing chemicals, to putting the cover was done in no time. Very very professional work. Go forward, we will use Mirage pools for everything including purchasing all pool chemicals. Thank you.

Lost my business. New to the area and this the nearest pool place. I had an issue with my pump. They came by "while in the area" with other service calls, flipped a switch and left. Less than a minute in effort then a couple more in small talk. Charged me. A little good will can go long way.

DO NOT GET A SAFETY COVER OR POOL OPENING/CLOSING DONE BY MIRAGE!
We got our safety cover done through Mirage last fall, which includes a pool closing. Cost over $3000. We also got Mirage to do our pool opening this year to make sure our warranty on the cover wouldn't be voided for any reason. We decided to go with another company for our pool closing who came highly recommended from friends and family. When closing our pool and looking at the pool cover install He said Mirage did a horrible job! 9 safety cover anchors seized and will need to be replaced! He said they didn't spray them when they opened the pool. He also said they should have drilled in the interlocking, and not the sand. Heavy snowfall will eventually pull the cover into the pool.
I called mirage and was told someone would return my call. No one returned my call. I called back a week later and spoke to Amanda. She said this is caused by debris getting stuck in the anchors. She said this isn't covered by warranty. And it would cost $160 for a service call, and $40 for each anchor to be replaced. That's $520? ! They weren't willing to do anything after such a short period of time, this is terrible customer service!

Thank you to the staff that were at your store on the Saturday before the May long weekend for opening the door 5 minutes after closing. I would have been without a working filter/pump until the Tuesday if they did not provide me with a replacement need part.it was greatly appreciated!

$500 later and my pool is still exactly the way it was before I booked their service. I tried to talk to them about it and the girl on the phone is so rude and unhelpful. Poor customer service, poor pool cleaning service. Wasted my time and money. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

I received an email quote and had questions about the install so I called the office and the person at the front desk could not answer my questions. The question I had was if the coping on the pool would be okay for the new liner. She told me that they would have to assess that at the time of the install and the cost would be an extra $ 1800.00. I asked to speak to a manager and she would not put me though. I have since then called an other company who will assess the job so I can get a firm quote for this item.

I recently had my pool open with mirage pool and I don t recommend this company at all.
The lady on the phone is extremely rude once they finish the opening the pool for you they Don t want to deal with you at all.
I have a pool solar heater that needed service I needed some recommendation and advise as I was not familiar she doesn't seam to care or wanted to help at all. I m never using this company again

Wow - Mirage Pools is an exceptional service provider. We received their flyer in our mailbox and decided to use them to open our pool and then maintain it once a week. Their service has been 5 stars from day 1 - troubleshooting issues with our older pool equipment (we’ve had more than a few!), giving us sound advice and helping us learn how to take care of our pool. Highly recommend for either openings or to use for ongoing pool maintenance / testing.

Mirage helped design our backyard and put a pool in this past June. I can unequivocally say that this company goes above and beyond. The installation was more than we hoped, and the owner stops by himself once in a while to ensure that we were satisfied with everything - and any concerns or changes we had (which were minimal at best) were taken care of immediately. The service was outstanding. More importantly, we have 3 kids at the house and my wife was the first to notice that Mirage's crew were aware of this and highly respectful at all times. I would not hesitate to hire Mirage one bit.

This company quickly has become our go-to for all our pool needs and services. They have yet to disappoint us. Friendly and prompt in store and respectful of our property when visiting us for service work.

Dissatisfied with pool closing. Cover came off one day after installation. Was home during visit, asked if employees needed anything and to ensure everything they required was ready.to find a charge of almost double on my credit card as they charged more for the closing than I was told and also added new supplies to the total rather than telling us that we had forgotten to leave something out so that it could be retrieved from the garage. Called and was told there was nothing they could do despite I was not notified of the additional charges. Terrible service. Will not be using them again. Use pioneer pools.
