MP Paradise Pools and Spas

Mp paradise pool came to close my inground pool. They failed to come speak to be after they completed the pool closing and just left. They left the pool pump running and burnt out my pool pump, and have taken zero responsibility for the incident. Will never hire this company again. 0/10

I haven't experienced that level of service in a very long time. Its great to go to a store that not only has a superior level of knowledge and experience but the customer service was fantastic! Thank you

Great experience dealing with Fort Erie location, they set me up with a new sand filter for my inground pool, had all the hoses and parts i needed to get running. Very friendly and knowlegable staff, very reasonable prices as well. Highly recommend.

Excellent workmanship. On schedule. Neat and tidy. Beyond the call of duty. Great guys. Gentleman. You can trust them at your home. My equipment is in my home and no problems and now worries. We recently had a repair done to our inground pool which involved replacing a broken fitting at a return jet located under the concrete pad of our pool. The repair was done cleanly and the efficiently and in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to reccommend the services of this company to anyone. Totally proffessional.

Above and beyond!
On a Saturday night after hours I had an emergency where my jet broke off and water was pouring out of the pool. I knew that I was going to loose a lot of water overnight so I called and left a message in desperation. They called me back not too long after and actually offered to meet me at the store to get me the part I needed! Absolutely above and beyond! Fantastic people.

First time using Paradise Pools to open my pool. Have to say they did a good job. It was just unfortunate with covid 19 that we couldn't have any contact regarding the opening. In three days I will have the pool water tested and go from there.

Have had numerous bad experiences here. Brought some water to be tested last week. (We had some marks on the bottom which turned out to be because of an incompatibility with a new heater with our salt pool). They refused to test the water, citing algae and instructed to add an algecide and 30L of chlorine and go back the next day to get the water tested. Took the water back the next day and could not get a reading since there was too much chlorine.ya think! Same marks showed up yesterday so I tested and showing very little chlorine on my test. Took a sample back this afternoon and was told there was still too much chlorine and that we needed to add salt BC it was only 1700 ppm (put 2 bags in after we opened in May). Since we've had issues, we took it to a different place further away where we had pretty much no chlorine and 3400 ppm of salt. Due to the heater issue we had to drain our pool and convert to chlorine. Never going back and would give zero stars if I could.

Very friendly and experienced tech’s who are quick and efficient every time they have opened and closed the pool.

Nicole and the staff at the Fort Erie store were wonderful. They answer any question and do the water test while you wait. They carry your items to the car. Wonderful experience every time I there. Thank you.

Awesome experience with Paradise Pools
First time opening after a first time closing with them in the fall. Took their chemical advice for the opening and closing and the best it’s looked after getting opened. Very quick and they even brushed my walls. Will be happy to continue with Paradise Pools going forward!
