MP Paradise Pools and Spas

Went there to get information on a hot tub. Spoke with Pat.very knowledgeable and no sales pressure. He took the time and answered all my questions. The shop has a good selection of parts and products. All the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. If in the market for a pool or hottub, I suggest you put these guys on your list.

They installed my pool 10 years ago. No issues since. Quality work. In store staff are very knowledgeable and always have the products I need

I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Lack of customer service, including lack of responsiveness or follow through, is not even the worst of it.

Went in to inquire about purchasing a pool and to have it installed.

Friendly staff, but both people working seemed confused as to what information to provide.

We were told that in order to provide a quote, we would need to pay a $500 deposit, and if we didn't like the quote, we would be refunded the deposit. That seemed a bit bizarre, especially just to get a quote. I've never had any business ask for a refundable deposit for a quote.

The very next day, I received an email with a quote (I filled out the quote request on their website, which didn't require a deposit).

Great expert advice, always my go to place. Great prices too, especially Tuesdays for the no tax in stock items!

Great service today from Laura and Theresa. Arrived early and got right to work. Very professional and explained the repair they were making. Good team. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t be happier with Paradise Pools. We purchased our house (with a pool) 4yrs ago. Since owning the house we’ve purchased a new pump, safety cover, filter and updated the plumbing. All of which was done by the pros at Paradise. We are currently booked for a new liner next year and are excited to see how it will update the look of the pool. Jenn, Dolores and other employees have always been extremely helpful when we’ve had questions regarding our pool maintenance etc. We highly recommend Paradise Pools!

Paradise Pools hands down has the best customer service in the area for your pools needs. Dolores and her team provide timely responses and return your calls as promised! We are so happy we went with Paradise Pools for out pool heater install and opening. They weren't the lowest priced quote we received but their service made it 100% worth it.
