We have been grooming clients for 25 years. I trust Muddy Paws implicitly with the care of our senior dog.

Always a great experience bringing our dog in for her spa day! Everyone at Muddy Paws is so friendly - you can tell they really care about their work and each dog that comes through the door. Having been to a few different groomers in the past, this is the first place our dog doesn't resist going in to. 5 stars from all of us!

The guys at the counter is the most caring person and you can tell he really loves his jobs, everything I go in with questions he has the best and genuine answers!

Don't bring your pet here.my dog who has never had a single issue with any of the 3 other groomers he's been left with. He left here traumatized, with feces in in his fur and a terrible cut. This woman is rude and had the audacity to blame my 14 lbs dog for his poor cut.

I went to another groomer and walked in where they not only fixed his cut within 20 minutes.they also said he was perfectly well behaved.
I believe this woman is abusive and incompetent.

Please note.youbwill see the owner of Muddy Paws states in a response that these photos were taken in front of a different groomer.yes they were, right before I went inside to have them try and fix the hack job done at Muddy Paws. The fact that this woman tries to pin her substandard work on another groomer further proves she knows she did a terrible job.
Please go ask for the footage from her. I would be willing to bet it cannot be provided.

Great experience. My Grand Doggy, Nala (German Shepard) needed her nails clipped so I looked Muddy Paws up. Friendly & experienced staff. Loved that they used the Dremel. Highly recommend

Would recommend anyone that needs their pet groomed to go to Muddy Paws. Everyone there is super friendly and they love what they do. They explained every step of the process and made sure she was always comfortable. They have everything over here:)

They take many more pups than their space should be allowed to handle and leave them to dry in stacked cages with dryers pointed at them. That is a very outdated practice and not recommended. Please do not treat your pups this way. They charge similar to places that give one on one attention but run it like a factory. The main person is good at giving haircuts, and that’s why this factory is thriving.

Edited to respond: Instead of accusing customers of not fact checking, maybe stop lying. The dog in question was only 4, and you were quite clear that you don’t do table drying unless absolutely necessary since your grooming practice is too busy. I’m not sure if you changed your practices now, but you certainly hadn’t then. And it’s nonsense about senior dogs, I checked with three other good groomers. The last thing you want to do is not have human touch and leave them in a cage to dry off. Don’t pass off your lack of time and space and your overbooking for money as something dogs need.

They are under spaced and probably stressed about that. So sometimes ‘it’s pretty loud in their work area. Of course sometimes the dogs sing up a song and that part is kind of pleasant to me when there aren’t too many singing Janis Joplins. Perhaps if there was a better partition so communications on the products, services etc.could be clearer? And watch out for the attractive doggy bones on the floor that my new pup stole and cost’ me an extra $10. ’The furry customers are adorable. The young staff are skillful, helpful and kind!

We have a very lively boy Fausto. They did a great job with his grooming. Most importantly we felt very comfortable that he was in good hands. Great Job!

I shared a negative review and the owner responded with lies about my behaviour as well as my dogs behavior in her establishment.
If my dog was as aggressive as she claims then she should have called me to pick him up. And I do agree my dog did display aggressive behaviour with them, and as he has NEVER been accused of agression with any vet or groomer I have brought him to I can only assume it has something to do with the treatment he has received. I even brought him to another groomer when we left here to have his cut fixed.they reassured me my dog did not appear at all aggressive to them. They also did not seem at all suprised with my poor experience here.

I have complained in the past about my dog's hair being uneven, and started taking him elsewhere, as this happened more than once; but alas his groomer is no longer able to groom him because I do not give him the leptospirosis vaccine. When I first started coming the grooms were good and I has no complaints.even though he left with a flea one time. I understood that dogs come in and out and did not blame your establishment for this. As time went on the owner clearly started to get lazy (or incompetent with her age) and that is when I started voicing concerns with his cuts.
If my dog was treated with kid gloves why did he have dried feces on his back?

I did come back to the store to ask for a refund as you did such a poor job in his cut, and he could hardly be considered clean if he had caked feces in his fur. As the feces was dried on his fur this could not have happened when I came to pick him up. You refused the refund outright and I tried to reason with you for approximately 30 minutes. Not 2 hours as you claim.maybe you should check your claimed footage for time stamps.

You take no accountability for your shortcomings and have the poorest customer service skills I have ever experienced. You are rude and an outright liar in your responses on reviews. (an example is that I personally watched you cut a dogs nails with a nail clipper today.not a drummel, as you claim in another negative reviewers response) You lie to cover up your shortcomings and should have offered at least a partial refund having delivered such poor results.

Amazing staff, great service and they are excellent with my baby pup Tobi! I love how friendly and caring they are with the animals. Thank you for always being great!

We have been bringing our Westies to Muddy Paws for many, many years. Several have /had medical issues that require extra care. At Muddy Paws this has never been a problem. As well- Terrier cuts require special training -Colleen has that training and keeps her skills updated by attending workshops. - Colleen and her staff will not rush through a cut and our dogs have always looked fabulous!
Colleen and her staff do a superlative job of caring for our special babies. We thank the staff at Muddy Paws for their hard work!

The woman here is horrible. She is extremely rude to her customers. She also sucks at grooming and should retire.

I am customer who was in the store while a lady was in there complaining about her dogs groom.she showed pictures of her dogs groom and stated all she wanted was a refund as her dog was both dirty and she needed to pay another groomer to fix his haircut.

I dont appreciate being called a liar in the owners response to my review. While the lady in the store did solicit me to write a negative review I do believe She should have offered some proper customer service and provided a refund to the woman who was clearly very upset. Judging by the photo I saw.rightfully so.

We took our fur baby Jake today for his first visit with them for a groom and they were fabulous with him. He was very comfortable there and everyone was very nice. He looks great. I will definitely be taking him back again. The experience was wonderful for my boy. Thank you.

I took my pup Peanut for his very first grooming session at Muddy Paws. The whole experience from the time we walked in the door to the time we left was amazing! Groomer Andrew did a fantastic job making Peanut feel welcome and he looks so fresh and cool! This will be our go to place from now on! Check his before and after photo!

As always …fantastic staff who love the dogs and their owners (almost as much;). Colleen did a beautiful job on our scrappy, snappy Border Terrier Birdie. She looks brand new! Thanks everyone for treating the animals with understanding and respect!

This was my first grooming for Pickett, our 8 month golden doodle.
I wasn’t sure what to expect and was not disappointed.
Colleen and her team did an amazing work on him and he came home a new dog, squeaky clean and groomed handsome: not looking shorn and ugly as I’ve seen other dogs.
I highly recommend them!
