Received the black raincoat for my Shitzu and it fit perfectly! I was still using the same kind of raincoat that I bought 10 years ago from this same vendor and the new one is mostly the same, except now that have them with shorter coverage for the legs so I do not have to roll it up because it's too long! The leg coverage stops right above the paw and holds above the paw with elastic. So efficient and practical. I would recommend this merchandise to any dog owner - it's the best value for your money and delivered right to your door! Thanks again Rosaia! You're the best!

Roanna and Neo-paws are AMAZING! When I first got my diabetic alert dog, I could not find any boots that would stay on her feet. I tried the most expensive, and the cheapest and everything in between. Nothing worked. It was frustrating because I work as a teacher with my service dog, and I simply didnt have time during the day to put boots on before each recess break. Using the Neopaw Ezpaws was my answer! These amazing little rubberized socks allowed me to keep them on all day without my dog getting hot or uncomfortable. They were easy to put on and take off and protected her paws from the ice and salt in the winter, keeping her feet dry. I also bought her a full piece snow suit and rain jacket, which fit her perfectly and agani, kept her dry, happy and comfortable. When I went to Winnipeg for a conference with her she wore the snow suit on every walk as it was -40 degrees celcius and remained comfortable and dry.

Roanna and her lovely mother are kind, compassionate, understanding and magic workers with dog fittings. They were both gentle with my dog while trying the boots and jackets on her to get the right size. They know their products well and exactly what size your dog needs to be comfortable. They invest time and energy into making sure you are comfortable with your purchases and let you know that if anything goes wrong to come back with the products for an exchange or refund.

Now, my first diabetic alert dog is a senior, and my new diabetic alert service dog is in training. Once again, I went to neopaws for boots, jackets and rain gear for my new little man. Once again, the experience was positive and easy. Roanna called me because this time I placed my order online and reviewed my purchase choices with me. These shoes are LEGIT! My boy Ridge.has only 1/2 rear foot and at 110 lbs his arthritis is extreme. About 5 years ago the rehab vet suggested trying a shoe and we ended up with Neo Paws. Works wonders and has kept my boy as active as he can possibly be and living his best life.
Customer service is personal and making sure Rudge gets the correct size originally and now, has been their priority. I can’t rave about this enough.

I bought my dog some boots here. The owner spent a lot of time fitting him and making sure they stayed on. I was given two different sizes because his back feet are smaller than his front feet. Not something you get from a chain pet store selling dog boots. I highly recommend purchasing a pair. They are high quality, they actually work and they are super reasonably priced! I will be back fro my new dog this winter!

I completely ignored the very easy instructions on how to fit my 140 lb Newfoundland with shoes for his degenerative myelopathy. Neopaws, however, was paying attention. They called me to help me measure his back paws for the proper fit. Now, that's service! Ro was more than helpful and explained everything to me about the shoes. When the boots arrived, we watched the instructional video and then put them on him. Easy peasy. He barely noticed they were on his feet. Well made product! Neo-Paws rocks!

The boots I ordered were awesome 10/10. We have tried a lot of boots for my dog as he had a stroke and drags one paw and these have fitted his needs great. The boots have great ankle support and a good rubber sole. The owner really helps with making sure you purchase the right shoes for your dog. Shipping was super quick would highly recommend!

My 8yr old Golden Retriever, Vincent, has Lymphoma. We have chosen not to put him through the rigors of chemotherapy, but rather are managing his illness with medication. One of the side effects of the illness is that he is losing the hair on his paws. I had a set of Neo Paws that were at least 15 yrs old. The boot was the only thing that allowed him to walk in the snow. When it finally wore out I contacted Neo Paws and explained I desperately needed another one. The service I received was exceptional. Roanna called me directly to clarify the size and colour and assured me they would do their best for me. I received the boots the following day. I cannot recommend this company more highly. Their boots are top quality, but equally as important, the value they place on providing their customers with the best possible service is a model that should be followed by all businesses. My service dog Harrison began wearing the summer inside/outside performance boots this year and has taken to them like a pro. I couldn't imagine having him wear any other shoe that would be better for a working dog hitting the pavement (as well as other turf) everyday under the hot sun! I don't have to worry about him burning his paws or even walking through glass which is surprisingly common on city streets. People ask me how long it took me to convince him to wear them, and although he stepped a little funny the first few feet, he was a pro the very first time I put them on. I love that they are orthopedic and that the soles are thick enough that very hot asphalt on over 90 degree days do not affect his feet. Thank you so much to Neopaws for making a superior product.

My 10 year old german shepherd suffers from a degenerative back disease that results in her dragging her back paws. I searched and searched for a solution and finally (thank God) found Neo-Paws. Ronnie was great at helping me pick the right pair of orthopedic shoes for my girl and she now happily goes for her mile plus walks daily and no more dragging! We just ordered her third pair of summer shoes and we love them! Thank You for your quality product and expertise I will be a customer for life!

Really awesome boots. The owner is very nice and friendly and helpful. They have a groomer and the first time she did great. So I took my dog again to be groomed a week or two ago. But this time she didn't do a very good job. Maybe cause she had two other dogs to groom that day? Disappointed especially cause I tipped her $5, assuming she did as good the first time.

I ordered the neoprene coat for my French bulldog, Teddy. We live in New England and go to the beach year round. He’s the first frenchie I’ve had that’s brave enough to go in the water past his ankles. In the cold months he was going in with his friends, but they are big dogs with heavy fur coats who can handle cold water. Teddy was goi g in while wearing fleece sweaters. He would get out of the water and be stuck either wearing a cold wet jacket/ sweater or I’d take off the wet thing and he’d be freezing.

I found Neopaws online and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Now we go to the beach and Teddy stays warm while playing in the water and after he gets wet we can still stay at the beach. Besides that— the coat is well made, fits beautifully, and looks great.

The first coat I ordered was too small. To exchange it was so easy. The ladies at Neopaws are great and the customer service was exceptional. I know this coat will last a very long time. It’s super durable. When it does eventually get worn out I will definitely order a replacement from Neopaws. I love this coat and Teddy does, too. I’m happy that we can still go to the beach together even in February.

Roanna and I spoke on the phone phone regarding my fleece suit order and their appropriate sizing for my two pups, Rocky (black and white) and Teddy (the wonky sized brown Lhasa mix), and I must thank her for the top-notch customer service! Of course with her recommendations, the suits fit perfectly and I couldn’t be any happier. (I've also recently ordered a pair of rain suits to tackle the wet days and I can't wait for those to arrive in the mail!)

I came by the store during the posted business hours (5 months ago) but it was closed and didn’t look open with no obvious signage. I walked around to the house on River that appears to be affiliated with the store and called out through the open door but nobody replied. It looked like someone’s house so I wasn’t going to just walk inside uninvited with my dog. I was at a friends place that lives nearby and they told me this was the closest pet store to possibly pick up a treat or something for my dog. I made sure to check the business hours before attempting to visit.

I only wrote this because the owner wanted an explanation for the one star I gave.

If you’re looking for excellent quality pet products you’ve come to the right place. I purchased dog booties to protect my standard poodle’s feet from the hot sand on the beaches and roads in Belize, where we spend our winters. Fitting the front and rear feet is perfect, because you get a pair sized for the front and a pair for the rear, larger feet. Great Customer service, follow-up care, and genuine concern, all together a superb company to deal with. I highly recommend Neo-Paws International for any pet product you need.

I have been remiss in writing my review and I'm so sorry. We've definitely been having our struggles and challenges. My 13 year old wheaten terrier is suffering from Degenerative Myelopathy (canine version of the human ALS) and had it not been for Ronnie, I would not have these amazing and perfectly fitting Neopaws ORTHOPAEDIC HIGH PERFORMANCE dog shoes ShanT has been wearing every day since I bought them for him. Prior to purchasing the shoes, he was dragging his back paws and walking on his knuckles. My heart was breaking on every walk. These shoes have saved us both and makes our 4+ daily walks in the park so enjoyable and everyone (dogs and humans alike) meeting him, can see his confidence boosted and joy in meeting and greeting all.

What is extremely important is really listening and watching Ronnie fit the shoes properly and if needed, using the Shoo Goo diligently. ShanT more often than not is dragging his back paws and if not for the Shoo Goo, these shoes would be ruined. It took patience a few times to get the hang of fitting the shoes properly, and now within less than a minute, mission accomplished. I'm now looking to purchase a second pair as a back up after a rainfall and moving into fall and winter. A million times over, thank you Ronnie.

The products Roanna sells and has designed at her shop Neo-Paws are incredible! I don't know what I would do without the bootie socks and the onsie! I have an Old English Sheepdog who's hair is like a sponge. The bootie socks save me over and over again from having to wash her big polar bear paws from mud, mulch, grass clippings, fertilizer and those seldom instances when she steps in some other doggie's droppings left behind. Ewww! It doesn't only saves me A LOT of time it saves my doggie from having to stay put while I clean her up. I wouldn't say she is a big fan putting on the booties each and every time but she has grown accustom to them. Before our walks I will kneel and she will place her paw on my knee allowing me to put the socks on her front paws. The back ones are even easier by standing behind her and sliding them right on. After our walks, all I have to do is pull off her booties and let her in the house.
Living in the midwest we have a lot of rain and snow. It's no fun bringing home a soaking wet OES from a walk. We walk her 4 times a day. If we didn't have the amazing onsie, my house would be atrocious. I no longer have to chase her with a towel trying to dry her off in time to save my house.
Come winter time we have to deal with below zero wind chills. Bundling our baby up with Neo-Paws Sweater, onsie, winter boots and yes, even a hat! Makes walking in those elements a lot less brutal.

Ordered a boot for our st bernard pup who was born with only his 2 outer toes on 1 paw. The boot has helped massively, allowing him to walk on hard surfaces and has strengthened his leg. He can now go for good walks and not just on soft ground. Boot is well made and clearly very comfortable for him. Will be ordering bigger when the time comes too.
