Absolutely fantastic halibut best I’ve ever had, hands down. Chips are wonderful too. Gravy I’m not too keen on and restaurant isn’t very big but again best halibut ever. Little on the pricey side however must be said

Take out is fried fresh, large portions, friendly professional staff. The times I dined in was great atmosphere and attentive service. Good prices. The only place I'll eat fish

Best Fish and Chips
I have frequented Olde London Fish & Chips since 2008 when a co-worker who was from Newfoundland told me this was the best fish and chips around. When we came from Windsor to do business we ate lunch here. To me this is place is the gold standard, fresh, great taste, generous portions.

Excellent fish and chips. Had the Halibut, it was as good as ever. Their fries are very good as well. Waitress was friendly and efficient she added to the the overall experience. It's my favourite fish and chip restaurant.

The server was very polite. Quality of food was goodz fresh crispy. Washroom, table, overall were clean.ita a small joint, so don't expect anything jazzy or over the top.
It's nice and clean, value for money food.

A terrific dining experience! What a great little restaurant! The food was hot, fast and delicious. The restaurant is open and clean with an endless number of happy customers coming and going for both dine in and take out. Everyone was served so quickly.

Our waitress, Jodi was awesome! She was very so funny, friendly and informative. The staff kept everything clean and fully stocked. We were very pleased with our dinner but also very impressed with how efficient and organized the dining room is.

We will definitely be back and can’t recommend it more highly. Looking forward to our next visit.

I am English and been in Canada for 11 years. Throughout that time I have struggled to find fish and chips like I had in England. This is the closest and best I have had, so I highly recommend it

Best fish n’ chips in London and area! The fries are amazing and the family specials are a great deal and we always have leftovers the next day that taste just as good as they did fresh!

Have tried Fish n chips in almost every corner of Canada, all claiming to be "award winning" or "The best in town", only to walk away disappointed. Not claiming to be a connoisser but having grown up in Ireland and close to several chippies, I know when I've had good fish & Chips. Olde London has to be the best yet! I ordered a haddock and chips and it was so good I was tempted to suck the vinegar out of the packaging when all the chips were gone like we did as kids. The batter on the haddock was very light & crispy and chips were fresh & hot, both in generous portions. Service was a tad slow but it was lunchtime and the place was busy so it was certainly worth the wait. Look forward to a return visit.

By far the best fish and chips in London. Both the Halibut and the Cod were excellent. The portions are very generous and the fish batter is light and crispy. Service is fast, friendly and efficient.

Have not been to this place since I was 14. Great to have this restaurant open still. Great tast of food. I love the fish and chips its a classic thank you to the team. Great thanks to the cook cheers.

My GO TO fish and chip place (LIKE DELICIOUS!) … but today was disappointing. Apparently this is two double haddock dinners? Would love to give this place another chance if the baby fish are left behind.

Fabulous Fish. We ordered the Halibut. Light, not heavy. Big pieces and delicious fries. Lovely treat. 2 piece with 1 1/2 fries was enough for 2 to share. Line up to pick up.but well worth it. Very busy, staff doing their best to keep up with all the orders. Thanks for fabulous food!

HANDS DOWN the best fish & chips I have EVER had! Olde London Fish & Chips was recommended to me by a friend of mine. Tried it the first time last weekend, & again today.absolutely amazing & so delicious. Hot & fresh & the shrimp is the best shrimp I've ever tasted. The haddock was so good, the batter was delicious. Keep up the good work!

Excellent fish, but only giving them a 3 until they update their menu with prices. Guess you are suppose to guess the price.

This was our first time here. It was absolutely amazing! The batter was so light and crispy and you could definitely taste more fish than batter and that is the way it should be! Definitely be heading back.

Best fish and chips in the city. Crispy batter and fresh cut fries. Love the new homemade tartar sauce and of course fantastic coleslaw.

If i could give less stars i would. They messed up our order really bad fish was dry and we found a big hair in our food. Extremely rude when trying to correct our order and they hung up 2x. Never got order sorted out. My mother had food poisoning after her fish. Zero stars!

Nothing special, halibut was ok and for 2 people take out was $42 which seemed expensive even adding the seafood chowder instead of fries for 1 dinner. For what I paid for was extremely dissatisfied with the chowder. It had way to much potato in it and almost no clam or seafood chunks to be found and very salty. Also other fish and chip places usually give you tartar sauce, I got home there was none to be found which also ruined it for me.

Excellent fish and chips. All you can eat on Sundays and Tuesdays. Received a plate with 5 pieces of crispy white fish and a heaping side of fresh cut fries. All for $10.95. Wife got a bowl of chowder which was also tasty. Ambience meh, food good. Definitely will visit often, specially on Tuesdays.

Fish was so good I would swear I was back in Europe. I vacationed in Scotland once and there fish and chips was absolutely superb and I have to say the same for Olde London. The batter was way above all the rest and I have eaten at many places that had fish and chips across the provinces and Canada. The fries were fresh cut and just as good and there was a good selection of fish not to mention the other dishes. I would come back to this quaint little spot again and again and again and would never ever get sick of this.

I absolutely love this restaurant. I have been here twice in the last 3 months and will be returning. The staff are friendly and always provide great service. The Halibut and chips were cooked to perfection and the seafood chowder was to die for. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone.

Small store very busy fish and chips were great unfortunately if the boss is having a bad day and wnts to pic at the staff put a door up to the fryer area so the public don't have to see it

Quick friendly service. Reasonable prices for the amount of food you get. The fried fish is so good. Batter is nice and crunchy and light. Not greasy and gross like some places. If you’re going to be in the area, definitely check this place out. It’s really good.

The daily special was good but not to be that guy but they put a lot of food onto a small plate so was a little difficult to eat. Other then that the food was good.

Absolutely charming little restaurant! The food is incredible! Almost as much as I enjoy the food, I really enjoy watching the team work together and having fun, they are respectful and help each other out and this place is rocking busy any time I’ve been in. All you can eat whitefish for 10.99 Sunday’s and Tuesday’s, the haddock and halibut are my favourite! Highly recommend

All in all, a very decent fish-and-chipper. The cost/portion size equation is maybe a bit stingy, which blocks a five-star rating. But the fish is fresh, well-battered, and crispy, and the chips are just right too. The clientele here seems to skew toward late-middle age and elderly, which is a good sign that the shop knows how to dish up a proper old-school fish and chips.

I had a craving for good fish and chips for dinner. We chose here due to the reviews. I had the cod & chips and it was really really good - fish was flakey and the batter was nice and light. Hubby had the salmon & chips and it was also good, but he thinks he'll go for the cod & chips next time too. Good portion of fries too. Only negative was not being able to order a beer to go along with dinner as it's not licenced. But not a deal breaker and we will be back.

I love the fish n chips here! This is my go to place, I have tried others and nobody compares! The staff is always friendly and the wait for take out is short.
