Have always had great experience with everyone there. Whether it be for our mortgage or transfers of funds, there is always someone to help out.

I have only had great experiences with OECU in particular with Jerry Stecko. He is extremely helpful and very good with financial advice.

Being a part of this credit union has made my budgeting so much easier. With the way my income fluctuates, staff have helped me with everything from my automatic payments, savings, loan and mortgage. It has been very easy to get in touch with my account manager any time I have a question.

I don't know why people put up with the indifference and lack of personal touch at the big banks. When I went to one of the Big Guys, the customer service person with whom I had been developing a business relationship was usually gone, transferred. The new person usually displayed complete ignorance of me and my financial concerns. Not so the Ontario Educational Credit Union; there someone will know your name and have excellent advice because they know you. I have been retired for over 10 years and I will deal with no other banking institution.

They were extremely honest with the amount of money they were willing to lend us for a mortgage. We love their honesty went it comes to financial opinions. By the way, when I go in to do some banking and want to talk to Jerry, our finacial advisor, there's always a smile and giggle that you wouldn't get from any other institution.

There's a huge advantage with having a mortgage with them - no penalties for changing the amount you want to pay into it as long as you pay the minimum.

I am so pleased to be part of this Credit Union. I wish I had joined when I first worked for Peel. The Service Rep that I deal with is Jerry Stecko - he answers me so quickly when I email him and I get things done immediately. He also refers me to other staff members for help - Catia at the front desk she's great also - if no one is at the front someone from the offices quickly rise and come to the counter - I am so please with this Branch and thank you for being there for me when I call or come in or email you.

Forget the big banks, the level of customer service is way better, they all give you a personal touch. Also forget the horrible review, must just be a troll
