This branch has gone way down hill. Been a member for over 25 years and dealt with the inconveniences of being with a smaller bank because of the great service and personal touch but it's gone now. The emails I get from the staff at this location are rude, full of grammatical errors and seem to be written by a child. Stick to the Stouffville or Aurora branch, worth the drive.

A line of credit that was paid for was on my bureau for years following. I jumped through hoops for the last 2 years with a group at PACE that were quite incompetent to get it off my bureau. Low and behold after a couple years it is off my bureau (from me personally mailing in to Equifax proof of paid loan) and my credit jumps by 50 within the next month. Unbelievable lack of service and customer experience with this group.

"Well beyond a bank" is saying it just right. I have had an account with this credit union for decades now. We won't say how many cause that might give you a clue to my age, but let's say, since I was a young, single woman. Never have they given me any reason to look elsewhere for the services they offer. I have always been met with friendly smiles each and every time I have gone in, and I have always come out with advice and service that stood me in good stead. I would recommend Pace Credit Union to anyone looking for a financial institution that would not only take care of their needs but also let that person feel they were helping to take care of the community, all at the same time, just by having an account there.

My sincere thanks to the following employees of the Markham branch of Pace savings and credit union. Kim (manager) Dawn (manager) Samantha, Drena who are all exceptionally knowledgeable, proficient, courteous, reliable and will always go the extra mile to ensure that I am provided with the best financial advice and that I truly comprehend and understand their advice and information. I live in Caledon which is 1.5 to 2.0 hours away from the Markham branch but still will go if and when necessary mainly because I am treated with the utmost respect and dignity, maybe because of my age (77 years of age) in any event these employees deserve to receive Ontario medals of honor for the manner in which they treat the clients.best regards Peter Prasad.

Closed my account because I was using it to fund playolg. Said I cannot use my account for gambling - who are you to tell me how to use my money?
