Some of the operator’s behavior are filthy enough to down grade others. If your transit doesnt provide any customer service skill shut down your pathetic service. Being a passengers, your exceptional service always hunted your peace of mind and increases anxiety. # rubbish, #insane

Buses require more rounds in residential areas and they should be on time. It requires a system to request for a hold with proper updates.

Excellent service and Staff are fabulous. Excellent timing and pickup and drop off. Lucy was fabulous at helping to book my appts. Very Thankful for them helping me finally. Didn't have a good experience first time l tried to book them. Couldn't access and had to fight to find someone to help me becuse of family not available. Understandable. Miss communication on Parabus associates part unfortunately. They sure made up for it eventually!

Some bus drivers are so rude and always mad. My sons autistic and just started taking bus and is having bad experiences, as he does not know his way around and is just learning, so asking bus driver makes him nervous as hes has some very mean drivers.
