Not worth the price anymore. Fries were undercooked fish is half the size it used to be very disappointed.

Way to much batter and hardly any fish. The worst fish I ever had anyware. Very disapointed. PS. The fries were great.

Fish was amazing & the fries were so crispy, gravy was so good. Oh there coleslaw was yummy to.

Good service large portions love the coating on the fish delivered to the table within 10 minutes I had two large portions of haddock and a ton of fries. It only cost $12 13.65 with tax. Great experience.

The restaurant isn't very big but you get an excellent fish meal there. The fries are good and the rolls also the chocolate shakes. The waitress we had was exceptional. All five of us we're very pleased with the meal and the service.

Wanted to try the special they were having on tuesday asked if there was tarter sauce and ketchup in the order was told yes when i got back to work was disapointed that not only there was no tarter sauce, ketchup or cutlery but was missing my baked potatoe: (

I had the pleasure of having a wonderful server I think her name was Taija, she was the sweetest girl ever and provided the best customer service I have ever experienced in a restaurant. But the way the staff was treated right in front of my eyes was just disgusting work ethic, the yelling the not treating people fairly it just made the atmosphere unwelcoming I can’t imagine how the staff feels. Just rude, high-school behaviour from the owner just made the environment such a disgrace. I loved going to pat and hanks for the their fish but stayed for the service and now I think I’m going to start going to sir Cedric’s from now on.

Great food, awesome service and no waiting for done in service. Three huge pieces of cod, chips, coleslaw and roll n butter $12.00 can't beat it!

Don't order anything other than fish. Despite having other things on the menu, they're not prepared to make anything other than the usual deep fried fish. I ordered the chicken dinner and received a tiny piece of chicken that was thawed out in the microwave and then fried on the grill. I know that's how they cooked it, because we all heard them saying they were going to do that. If you can't make it, don't have it on your menu.

Our order was completely wrong. When we called them to let them know, it seemed they did not care - not even an apology.

The girl with fake eyelashes was very rude and racist. We ordered 2 halibut but they purposely gave us a different fish. It was horrible! She even charged us for tartar sauce. I would like to report her.

First time to order here. I ordered cod and haddock by itself and it's tasty. Great service too. Will be back soon.

Average oily fish and fries. Price is what made me try it. I have asked for light breading. They tryed. Kitchen was a group of 4 girls in their early 20's. Friendly and hard working. But is the recipe that needs inpruvment, to lighten up the grease in to the fish. I guess $10 is what's the scale is.

Great Halibut great place. I know the people have changed but I have been coming here since I was a kid and it is still great fish and people.

We normally go to the Tecumseh location and have never had an issue and always love the food. Due to construction at that location, we had to order from this location unfortunately. First, we called well in advance to have the order ready at a certain time and they didn't even start the order until I got there. When I got back home, the shrimp sauce was missing, baked potatoes were undercooked, the fish pieces were very skimpy, they didn't give any tarter sauce, and they gave us battered shrimp when we asked for breaded. We were extremely dissatisfied with our experience and will never return to the East side location.

As always the best halibut and fries. Also the server was so nice took time to speak with us. Felt good to be acknowledged

We went again for take out. The place was smokey, I think a fryer needed it's oil changed. Or someone wasn't watching something that was being fried on the grill. Nonetheless, the food was delicious and the staff were quick.

Great food. Fresh fries and fish with big portion. More than enough for one person. The old lady who served us was very kind and gentle. Would recommend friends to come.

An hours wait to pick up my order - and well worth it - even if it took twice as long! One of my favorite restaurants in Windsor!

Well i don't considered my self a fish and chips expert by any means but I truly hope this restraunt had a bad day the halibut dinner I purchased along with six batterd shrimp and a coke the halibut tasted old and it was like it was in the state of riggermortas the shrimp were possibly value village shrimp i was expecting at least there own batter on the shrimp the batter on the fish was very good the fries were great and the cold slaw was good and they butterd the bun lmao i truly hope it was a bad day for them o it cost me35.oo

It was my first time there. I've seen them for years but have never had their fish and chips.

It has been awhile since we had Pat and Hanks, tonight we ordered 3 dinners but could not believe how small the fish were. We won't be going back anytime soon.

The fries were dry. Fish were smaller. I thought I'd try this location. I usually go to the Tecumseh one. That one is reliable in the quality. Plus I can chat with people while I wait. Not this place. Girl with the blue hair working behind the counter gave me attitude. Was watching her. She was pleasant with the other customers. Every time she talked to me, I got attitude. Obviously doesn't like my kind. Won't be coming back nor recommending this location.
I have zero tolerance for any kind of discrimination or racism. Enough of that garbage. IMO. This person should be fired.

Excellent high quality fish. Always fresh and cooked perfectly. Very COVID safe environment and waiting area for pickup. Highly recommended A+

Bring back the old tartar sauce! "Olde Style" tartar sauce is disgusting. Ventura Foods packets is the way to go.

Ordered halibut special today. Two meals for $30.00 with tax and tip $40.00. Service was fine. Covid precautions in place. I'd be surprised if the fish was 4oz. Batter was 2-3 times that. Was advised to order light batter next time. Buns had been frozen an microwaved. An expensive lunch. I don't mind if the food is worth it but this definitely was not. Stopped going to Sir C for the same reason. Help!

I went in and was served by a bunch of friendly people in the kitchen, and it was really welcoming I am not really a big fish fan myself but I know the two cats I live with definitely love it haha (I get it not breaded of course) Only thing I could want here is poutine, maybe one day!

In town on business and it was Friday so had to have some fish. Pat and Hanks hit the spot!
Friendly fast service and generous portions at a very reasonable price! Next time I'm in town I'll be back!

If i could give less of a star i would.it’s common sense when a customer places an order for over 50$ that you wait til they leave the restaurant to talk bad about them.no proper communication from the cook and then they talk bad about you in the waiting area. 10/10 will not recommend to anyone nor come to this establishment again.the owners should work on hiring people who care about their customers instead of teenagers who make the company look bad

Ok first of all amazing. I mean I enjoy eating there in person. Tiday enjoying our takeout and it was just as great as usual. Short wait times. And you can order ahead.

Was very disappointed in this meal. Everything was down sized. Coleslaw we got hardly none at all french fries hardly none. The shrimp basket was a joke. So sad as we frequent this place often. Will bot be back for a very long time. Same prices way less food

Pat&Hanks, fresh fish fries& buns the whole meal is very good ut my new fish place I've order here 3x now not been disappointed as of yet the prices are cheap. Yes order from here ya won't be disappointed.

The food was okay, but i will be sticking to Sir Cedrics the quality and taste beats Pat and Hanks any day.

Hadn't to Pat & Hanks in years but was very pleasantly surprised when I recently went there again. Portion sizes are very good, fish wasn't overly battered, tasted much better than I remembered and was reasonably priced. I have been back 4 or 5 times since. Highly recommended.

I gave a poor review on our last visit. The manager Jody read my last review and said he had already resolved the problem about the service. I give Jody credit for reading the reviews on here and takes them seriously. I know our next visit will be great.

Don't bother going there. The food is good, but some of their policies are stupid. I went there ordered 6 shrimp and 3 pieces of halibut came just over $40 dollars. I ordered a seafood sauce (cocktail sauce). I like that with my fish. I was thinking I would get a small one with my order, apparently not the case. If you pay for seafood sauce on the side they don't give you any for free. If people want to be this dumb when I spent over $40 at your location I am not bothering to come back.

Man, I walked in there when I realized "Their clock could be faster than mine" on a Tuesday no less. Got served with smiles and another delicious meal. Just wish I closed my windows, "Downpour Day" and I hate sitting in wet trunks. But Yeah, worth it!

Number one best fish and chip in the town! Fillets are perfect moisture not too dry. French fries are fresh potatoes. Wow! My son and myself love this meals. I would recommend this resturant is friendly and quick service. Very clean building. There’s another one in town of Tecumseh. It’s the most busy on Good Friday. Lot of people orders this Pat and Hanks.

It was good food as usual, but we arrived within an hour of closing which must have been a problem. The food came out incorrect, which was rectified upon pointing it out. We had to wait for the food to be corrected and clearly that was our problem as we received the bill before we were done eating. The chairs were going up around us. The debit machine was dropped off before I finished my food. I understand that the staff want to go home, but the error that caused the delay wasn't mine.
