They dont have a “real refund”. All you’d gut is the awful voucher. Worst service ever!

Absolute clown of a corporation. I would give 0 stars if that was possible. Had a bus booked for 3pm to beat the traffic. The time gets moved to 3: 30 and then cancelled. We had to pay an extra $60 to get on a different bus and hit ALL of the traffic we planned to miss. Missed our dinner reservations due to this inconvenience. The cherry on top is they offered us a “full refund” as a voucher for the same company, as if I’d use them again.

STAY FAR AWAY! I had to attend my daughter's wedding in the morning. But missed the ceremony, because they cancelled their bus for 24 hours. I was furious so I called their customer service and they have terrible attitude and only made the situation worse. They made me wait for 12 hours in a cold station at night in the middle of New York, there was not even a place to sit down. I had to stand in a cold night crying to myself because I missed my daughter's wedding. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, they just want your money. Not to mention prices are ridiculously high and they do not refund you after cancelling your bus. I would give this a -1 star if I could.
