This gym is AMAZING. By far the cleanest gym I’ve been to. There aren’t attachments everywhere or random things on the floor.

Warren, the owner, is incredible. He is super courteous and even shows appreciation to his staff. We primarily dealt with Euan who is extremely approachable, kind, and has great customer service skills.

Spacious and enough equipment to get a great workout for any body part. We would recommend this gym to anybody!

Peanut butter shake was great. The options for shakes are numerous and very reasonably priced.

I recently had an exceptional experience at this gym, largely thanks to the outstanding assistance provided by Nick. His dedication to helping clients achieve their fitness goals is commendable. Nick's knowledge, enthusiasm, and personalized approach make every session enjoyable and effective. His positive attitude creates a motivating environment, making this gym a top choice for anyone seeking fitness excellence. Five stars as well for the owner. Warren's exceptional service and the overall positive atmosphere at this gym! It’s people like him and this company that keep striving me every day to get out of bed and get active!

Lots of space, all the lifting equipment I needed, and their body scan technology to help me track even the smallest of progress. Best gym I’ve been to. Proper gym for beginners and advanced lifters.

Unfortunately new ownership is running this place into the ground. I had an agreement to pay a large down payment for lower monthly rates. However they will not honour my agreement and want to raise my membership price to the full amount and will not give me my deposit back. Was told we could continue to use the gym until we heard back from the owners lawyer, until one day we came to workout and told we were no longer members with no notice or forewarning.

Owners boast on the radio all their new state of the art equipment, however there is no new equipment or layout and everything is the same as years ago, which seems to typically be “temporarily out of service”. You will see the same signs on the same machines for months if not years. Regular issues with the sauna, the roof leaks and generally a huge disconnect between ownership and management.

Would not recommend unless you’re looking to pay outrageous membership fees, for an average (at best) gym.

I’ve been to other gyms in the area but always find myself coming back to performance. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Ever since the new owner took over this gym it's better than ever! The equipment is well maintained and the layout creates a perfect atmosphere!

I love this gym with a passion! Been here for 5 years and the community is amazing couldn't ask for better!

Great gym! Down visiting from Nova Scotia and got a chance to try out Performance 360 and it was amazing, equipment was top of the line, the gym was very clean, members were respectful and nice.
I was greeted by the new owner of the facility when I arrived, nothing but smiles all around. I would and will most definitely go back when I am visiting again. All around great environment!

Performance 360 Gym is simply outstanding! With its top-notch facilities, knowledgeable trainers, and motivating atmosphere, it deserves a solid five-star rating. Highly recommended for anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals. For me I have achieved my goals and surpassed them, it’s only up from here and it’s all thanks to Performance 360!
