Clean and friendly Petsmart for the most part. I often can find what I need and enjoy seasonal sales as the discounts can be great.

Absolutely fantastic location! Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and kind.
They know their policies inside and out, and are always welcoming to help a hand.

I like this location a lot, tons of variety of stuff. A bit pricy but I never leave there empty handed

The staff is very friendly and approachable. I recently adopted a male tuxedo cat named Cooper by his previous parents. I've renamed him Jack. Jack was called Pepper.but he didn't seem to like the name. Jack responds to his new name. Jack is adjusting to life with me. Lol

All good! Made a name tag for dog. Super easy and excellent result! I wish they had a Toronto Maple Leafs dog scarf, but no luck. I guess that's in part due to being a USA chain.not thinking hockey and cup time.

Absolutely love this place and so does my puppy too.there’s a good selection of treats and nutritious food for him as well.

My go-to store for cat food, treats, and litter. The staff are very knowledgeable if you have pet questions, friendly and helpful no matter the need. Great selection of products for all your pet needs. Always a good experience when I shop at Pet Smart.

Self-wash service is quite convenient! You can just walk in. Also, the blower is strong! That's necessary for the big guy or long hair breed.

I am a little bit nervous for the care of these animals there are these 2 bearded dragons that are always there in a small tank, when the care instructions say a big tank? ! Make that make sense! These pets have been here for months and with little to no entertainment like toys.and the fish they are always dead randomly on the bottom or floating in the tank, some getting eaten by the other fish and some stuck in the filter, STILL ALIVE!

My roommate and I just got an apartment and wanted a fish so we went to our local petsmart and we were treated with terrible disrespect just because we look young.yes we are of age (19 and 18) and the lady at the store refused to let us buy a fish unless we brought in a SAMPLE of our tank water.i have bought MANY fish in the past and never had to do this.never coming back

I have a husky and I paid for a de-shedding grooming session but it looks like they didn't do that but still charged me for it. My husky still has the coat on and is shedding like crazy. I called them to complain about this and they said I would receive a call back from the manager with some options. Never received that call!

It was great experience. They have lots of different pets and a variety of foods, toys etc.and very friendly staff. Overall, warm and fun environment!

Very helpful staff, and lots of good items. I bought some cat litter to see if it was a good match, and unfortunately it was not, but they returned it and I replaced it with one I knew my kitty would like.

Tried to point out a leopard gecko to a staff member that looked like it was dead and the guy just gave me attitude saying it wasn't dead and said it very rudely (if that was the case it will be dead soon). I really don't appreciate being spoken to in such a way when I was just trying to help, I have leopard geckos of my own and it pains me to see PetSmart stake such poor care of the reptiles.

The younger evening staff that get crickets for me are nothing but fantastic though.

Entrance to the place is super counterintuitive when coming from 403. Door inside the mall is cancelled.

Took grandkids to mall and were thrilled to see that Petsmart was at one end. We were all hoping for some live critters and the store did not disappoint! Kittens/cats.fish.gerbils.hamsters.lizards.crickets;) Kids were so excited and made lotsa wishes for many, many different kinds of pets. A great addition to our back to school shopping adventure! Staff were so friendly and kind too!

It's always a pleasure to visit PetSmart. The associates are always so happy and chirpy, even during closing time. Kiara was so full of energy at 8: 55pm, that it sure brought a smile and lightened up our evening. The products are so amazingly priced and there are always great deals. The aquatic livestock collections are really good and highly reliable. Never had to return to PetSmart with an unhealthy fish, PetSmart 14 day guarantee is unbeatable.

Staff was quite helpful. I bought a toy for the dog from the "destroyers " section. She made mincemeat of it in less than an hour. No problem at all returning it.

If you are going to only have curbside pickup, please make the site functional.

I ordered twice online to pick up my items at this location. First time they didn't have all my order in stock no one phone to tell me that had to ask where the rest of my order was when I came in to pick it up. Today was my second time ordering online and it took 5 hours for me to get an email saying my order is ready. Any other Petsmart location would have had my order ready for pickup in an hour.

Every girl is very knowledgeable and helpful.
Cat knows a lot about fish. Every associate is friendly and their customer service is really good

I am so disappointed in how they canceled my grooming appt. I booked the appt about a month ago for my old dog. I get a random text saying they cancelled the appt without any reason behind it. No decency to call and explain. I've been loyal to petsmart grooming for many years. That has now completely changed. Will never groom my dogs there again. How unprofessional. You don't groom dogs with heart issues? No kidding, heartless store can't even call a customer to explain, especially when it's so difficult to get an appointment these days.

I am surprised to see such negative reviews about the grooming here, especially when I have had nothing but exceptional service. Not only have they done a wonderful job with my dog, it is evident that the well-being of the animals they take in is extremely important and always comes first. I will continue to bring my dog here for grooming services and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Grooming service was not good. They have assigned me to someone who is not a professional groomer yet and didn’t ask me if I was ok with that. I asked to trim my dog’s facial hair but the actual groomer “didn’t have time”
First time In this new location. Wanted to give it a try but this would be my last time.

I was calling them regarding about if they had ducks for sale and i don’t know maybe they thought it was a prank or something but they hung up on me 1 star

I have been calling to get on the waiting list for pet grooming and the customer service that I got over the phone was nothing but unwelcoming. I have 2 big dogs so my service is worth more than $200 and they treated me so bad I would never bring my dogs here. I understand everyone is stressed out about the pandemic but is not my fault that you had to work!
It is terrible that you made someone elses day awful.

New shop. I went there for the aquatics section. Nice variety of fish but some more specialised stores have a better variety
Price: on the high side. Their shrimps are expensive
Staff: nice. The girl in the aquatic section didnot seem to be very comfortable. I have been to other petsmarts where the staff are more knowledgeable.

Fish tanks are well lit, clean, few dead fish. They even have crabs! Offers free water testing. Nice shopping environement. Does not smell like wet dog.
Bottom line: will rarely go there to buy fish. They can do better on the prices. Unless there is a promo.

My dog has been to the groomer here twice now to get her nails trimmed, and the staff in the grooming area are so sweet! They care so much about putting her at ease when she arrives and treat her exactly how I’d want her to be treated - lots of care/attention, kind and positive reinforcement, and they even let her give them lots of kisses. When I picked her up today she was in the arms of one of the groomers like she was his own dog:) Too cute! Thanks so much for taking good care of my girl!

Nice new clean location with easy access both from outside and inside the mall. Staff are willing to help and are pleasant. Lots of supplies for many sorts of pets. Adoption process can be confusing. The labels on the windows don't completely explain to the customer who just walks up to see for example the cats. Was hard to figure out which cat was available and which was on it's way to a home. Just because it may be obvious to a staff member may not be obvious to a new client or potential client. I like the place.

I bring both of my dogs for the Salon. One of my dogs gets handled by the salon lead Kenedi. I am NEVER disappointed. She comes out fresh, nails are always beautifully done. Kenedi is friendly, knowledgeable and has gone above and beyond for both of my dogs. My other dog is not as friendly so it was quite convenient to have the self washing station to which Kendi showed me how to use it. She was patient and answered all of my question. She periodically checked in to see if I needed anything or if I had any questions. When she brought me towels and an added brush for my dog she made sure to announce herself, stayed calm and respected my dogs space to not upset him. I was anxious his experience wouldn't be that great but because of Kenedi his experience went above my expectations and thoroughly enjoyed himself. We will be returning as we have found the perfect groomer for our dogs.

Staff is welcoming and very knowledgeable about the animals they are designated to! For example, Ellen knows all about lizards and literally showed me how to properly bath my Albino Leppard Gecko (Mr. J), which worms would be most appropriate for his fussy diet, the correct light/heat fixture for him, correct instructions on when to turn off the light for his tank, etc. Other employees have been known to help me carry a heavy haul of goodies from the back of the store to the front! Excellent customer service representatives of Pet Smart all round. Also, the products sold here are in great shape for great prices! I bought kitty litter/bin for my 3 cats; a water fountain, carpet, hut, heat lamp etc for my lizard! (pictures included)

We brought our 9 month old puppy to get a bath and couldn't be happier. When we walked in (although on the wrong side) we got welcomed by employee's who asked us if we needed help - and quickly told us where we could go for the grooming area. We were about 10 minutes earlier but wanted to let them know we were there and we were welcomed and accepted right away (we didn't expect it, but we were pleased). We left and came back when she was ready. Maria V explained to us that our puppy did well and that she was pleasant to work with. We were happy to hear this feedback (and would've appreciate any, good or bad), but we also got a brochure expressing the same thoughts (and also outlining what was done). We left the store feeling so welcomed that we felt like we should consider always coming here, even though we live in Mississauga. Great experience at this location, to say the least.

Info provided via phone from grooming salon was different than what we were told when we went in. Unfriendly staff. Manager did not reply to email subsequently sent.

Great experience today! Nugget got her hair cut by Meghan T and she looks great. Every member was very helpful. We will definitely be back! Thanks!
